Great info. Our first ever cruise is coming up in May on the Iona. Does anyone ever book excursions with P&O or does everyone book with the independant travel agents in Norway or just book when they arrive in port ?
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video :) Some people do a mix of both, booking with P&O will likely be more expensive but you know it's sorted and they'll get you back to the ship on time. Booking through independents will save you money but it's then on you to keep time and be organised with everything else! If you're on facebook there are often groups set up for certain cruises/dates and you can ask questions and get to know other passengers for your cruise and see what everyone else is doing. August! We were really lucky with the weather considering the trips before and after ours had delays leaving the port/ports cancelled due to rough weather :)
