I think he actually sounds a LOT like Harrison Ford...like amazingly close. So, I'm excited for this!
I think with the game being first person it will set itself apart from tomb raider and uncharted, even though those games are derived from Indiana Jones himself, machine games are giving Indy his own treasure hunting game identity thats uniquely its own feel.
After watch this reveal I can say it definitely like how the game look so far form the cool gameplay and style with that I straight up don’t like this being in first person as my big issues with this game other than that I’m look forward to see this game later this year even confirmed that Troy Baker will be play as the iconic Indy in this as well
It looked amazing. I’m a 3rd person over 1st person when given a choice. I’ve certainly come to appreciate 1st person more over the last few years. I wanted this to be 3rd person but it still looks great. At least it’s 3rd person in traversal and cut scenes they said.
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine is turning 25 years old this year and is still the best Indiana Jones game on PC still to this day.
All games like this needs both first and third person for the ppl that do and the ppl that don't
I am super bummed that this game is not 3rd person games i really was rather hoping for Uncharted l, Tomb Raider and Emperor's Tomb gameplay style with some sections with 1st person😞 the graphics look pretty good and Troy Baker i literally in almost every single major game like North North or Laura Baileys of the world's, they are everywhere in everything, hopefully it's good not super excited but i will probably check it on game pass, they could have done more with Indy and being a much more better game in 3rd person and got more people that are into games like Uncharted's and Tomb Raiders of the world but we will see

It should be noted that BJ Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein started out as an established but bland silent protagonist that was merely a vehicle for the action to unfold. MachineGames managed to make him an actual character with thoughts and desires. Turning him from an empty avatar to one of the most nuanced characters in video game shooters. And they did all this with strict adherence to first person gameplay broken up with cleverly directed cutscenes. MachineGames know what they are doing.

I agree that, generally, it's looking great. That said, the voice could use some adjustment if that's possible: a little deeper for one thing; perhaps an AI tweak could help. And some of the face graphics aren't quite right, in particular Marcus and some angles of Indy. Also, the villain in the desert has some wonky head motions. But, overall, this is really exciting: story, locations, music, cinematography. I think we're in for a grand adventure. If a tear wells when the music swells, they done good!
I will always be a 3rd person guy but man this looks so freakin fun. I cant wait!!!
I’ve lost all hope in Xbox, the original game was 3rd person, the Lego games are third person how are they not getting this right, xbox is absolutely shocking.
Not unlike the news of Alan wake 2 being digital only, I was fully ready to buy a new Xbox console just to play a 3rd person Indy jones game.
I don't think there is anyone else in the biz that could have done his voice. You can obviously tell it's not Harrison but it's damn close. He sounds like Raiders Indy. The guy is incredible a freaking legend
I honestly love the idea of first person. I was expecting 3rd, but this is something refreshing and different from Uncharted. It feels like a mix of Uncharted and Wolfenstein. I really hope they add a VR mode at some point.

I’m not happy that the Indiana Jones game is first person! I was expecting this game to be in the Uncharted Game Style. The company behind Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor should’ve been the one to make this Indiana Jones Game.
