Some of the legal consequences include having to pay a fine that’s thousands of dollars (especially in her case cause she has a good amount of money), community service, probation which would restrict her ability to make videos significantly, having to register as a sex offender (which she would definitely have to), and her children being taken away from her (they would either be given to relative who would be given full custody if they volunteer to and wouldn’t be allowed to let Colleen see them, or they’d be put in foster care). And she could potentially now have a defamation charge which has its own consequences which consequences for that would involve a fine and a she would have to remove a good amount of videos from her channel permanently
