As a DC I appreciate the “alternative” information you provide. People NEED to know but it’s difficult to hear through the rigid medical noise. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It's an uphill battle to give patients the knowledge they deserve, that's for sure!

@@MedicalSecrets We keep pushing. It’s changing but it’s a quagmire of ego and prejudice we’re wading through. I take it one patient at a time. Little victories.

Loved this ! Started giving my husband turmeric with black pepper. He has had serious health issue last two years. He is improving. He is 82. His 5 Doctors have not been concerned with use, I made sure it was ok. I was telling his sister who is 87 about it, she said her Dr. started her taking it 10 years ago after a stroke.

Thank you Dr. Anthony for this video because a lot of people in west and India don't knew about the treasure of Ayurveda as a system of medicine which dates back to thousands of year and still works today

I was there last year around the same time while at a nikah in India, then to Thailand, Philippines, then to Nepal. Went to see Mt. Everest and visit the community. It looks like I missed learning some of the Eastern medical practices there that we could benefit from here! I do wet cupping instead of Diamox for my interracial hypertension (and have documentation that it helps from my vision restoration and spinal taps). We dismiss A LOT of Eastern medicine (and food) that have some excellent health benefits.

Thank you very much from one of your faithful subscribers! ❤
I am watching all your programs with interest and learned a lot about how to behave yourself with a doctor.
I have a degree in pharmacy/pharmaceuticals from the other country, where lots of herbs are sold in pharmacy and used on a daily basis. I am impressed that an american doctor acknowledges their useful properties.
I hope you wouldn't get upset if I point out that the herb you introduced as a Calendula was, actually, Tagetes patula. Both Calendula officinalis and Tagetes are called Marygold in English culture, but they are different plants.
Both species contain lots of carotinoids though. Both are very useful, but for slowly different reasons.
Take care, doctor, and good luck! I will continue watching all your videos!🤗

Doomsday preppers should stock up on dates because 1) they last long as a dried fruit, 2) they are one of the foods highest in many minerals 3) they are one of the most complete foods nutritionally similar to beans, milk, and root vegetables.

That’s classic work. Great initiative. However I can tell that Ayurveda herbs need lot of trial and error kind of approach to be effective. Most products available in the market in India and elsewhere are not good quality and is adultered stuff. However the best herbs and the knowledge to use it remains in India as of now. I can suggest some best combinations if you may like. Chyawanprash, Brahmarasayan, Badam pak are three highly effective products for a wide range of ailments. The catch here is that these should be prepared as per the ayurvedic texts only and almost no ayurvedic company is doing that. Most ayurvedic companies have only 2 or 3 genuine products rest all are just crap. I know a little known company from North India called Suryaketu which is making genuine products and so it costs four times the average price of that same product by reputed makers but the products are so good that I was astonished by their effectiveness. Lot of work needs to be done in these areas I think. Anyway all the very best for your work.
