Sanji is a competent fighter, but theres a big difference between Usopp and him. Usopp while not a close combat like Sanji Zoro and Luffy, he does represent what if a normal dude dealt the shit he did. Like Zoro and Luffy, he does engage in direct combat with his opponents while a long range fighter. Sanji on the other hand while stronger than Usopp, he does work from the shadows and doesn't participate (Little Garden and Alabasta) he personally does like harm others(pay attention to his actions and dialogue, the reason why we seen him engage is because he protecting someone else like in cases of Arlong Park, Loguetown, Alabasta. Sanji is one of my fav characters in series, but put respect on both these boys names.
