I think it might be the battery of the Aventador that is just not perfect anymore , it can also cause other systems to malfunction like electronic shock absorbers , maybe it's a good idea to get it changed if it is a few years old .

Without tuning, you're likely to smash the over-boost cut off (programmed to protect the engine) when the temperature goes down (like 50 - 60 degrees or colder) at night or whenever. Your car will be making more boost (especially in cooler air) than stock with that new exhaust setup. I would suggest getting it tuned right away if you haven't already for the new exhaust. STi, Audi, BMW, etc (turbo engines) over boost at wide open throttle in cold air (full exhaust) without tuning (especially at higher speeds like highway roll races).
