Wow that's crazy I played the demo to death and I've never noticed this secret or saw anyone mention it. It's really cool that this secret hints at the fishery which was shown in a new trailer.
I was able to stealth the first part but then they aggrod on me when I got to the part where you're waiting for the elevator, and I found a way to cheese them, just don't stop blocking, you can still interact while you're blocking so I just did that

Could it be that this secret was added in a recent update because I could swear that it wasn't there before. But maybe I'm just blind

I found that tiny lever the first time I played the demo, but I never figured out what it did
