Yes... Its true... We have to pay for every second event conducted.... And yeah her review about girls restrictions is sooo true... Girls go thru soo restrictions here.... As for infrastructure its quite getting good as on every single corner there's some construction going.... As for fests nahhhh.... We dont even get proper funds from college for events... And yeah being from north is hard there.... The mental pressure we get is pretty much hilarious...
