Why is every tech reviewer acting like hooked earbuds are so.e new technological innovation? Hooked earbuds are the most common type of bluetooth earbuds. thanks for the great explanation here..planning to get this comparing to BEATS which is quite too expensive and has the same design (talking about the BEATS POWERBEATS) HAVE SAME DESIGN i suppose JBL has a good ambient sound as well. ... your video helps me to decide
Honest feedback: I was looking for a review of this product , but this video seemed more like a paid promotion of the product than an honest review. Maybe that was not the intention but that's how it came out.

Hi JACOBS I have a problem with the volume in conversations... I can't talk because I can't hear well at all. I listen to music very well. The problem is that during calls you simply cannot hear even when the volume is at maximum. Do you know what can be done? Thanks
How do I increase/decrease the volume on these directly. In the description it is said to press the right earbud once/twice but this actually stops or continues the music
@anneeq008 The right earbud can be configured to either skip songs with a double tap, or raise and lower the volume with single or double taps, but you can't do both at the same time.
Hi, how is the fit wearing glasses. I’m looking to replace my old earbuds but I’m hesitant to buy as I need to wear glasses, especially during cycling when I really need them to stay on. With my prescription sunglasses for cycling (oakl**), the frame is thicker around the ears than my normal eye glasses. No reviews ever mention this, so thought I’d ask since your wearing glasses in this review…thanks
@noelpapelera1025 There were no problems at all wearing these with glasses. They were very comfortable and stayed in without any issues. Thanks for watching! Here's a link to them on our site if you'd like to learn more: bit.ly/3rcUWP2
I was thinking about buying these, because I need some buds with the hook. I purchased some Samsung Galaxy Buds+ a few years ago & get so annoyed of them, because they keep falling out of my ears while working out, so I'm looking for something that has the over the ear hook. What earbuds would you say are better than these & has the hook over the ear?
@Longsen The Powerbeats Pro would be considered by many to be better audio quality than these. As far as fitment goes, they have customizable ear tips, but because the shapes of ears vary so widely it's hard to say definitively that they'll fit better than the JBLs. If you live in the Chicagoland area you can always stop by Abt and try them on first to see how well they fit you. Hi is it possible to use either buds individually? Like use one while the other is charging in case. Once one bud dies, sent that for charging and use the other?
@dreamhunter999 They have an IP68 rating which means they can withstand being in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes, but bluetooth signal does not work well under water so we would not recommend using them for swimming.
@dreamhunter999 The Shokz OpenSwim headphones are great for using while swimming. They have onboard storage so you can store your music right on the headphones which means bluetooth signal cutting out won't be a factor.
@UncleWally3 You can definitely wear them with glasses. It may be uncomfortable wearing them with a motorcycle helmet though depending on how tight the helmet fits.
So JBL had the genius idea to remove the swipe for volume control that they had in peak II, forcing you to use their shoddy app. Because of course volume isn't the most basic thing that should be controllable by default already. This is the last pair I buy from them.
@@abtelectronicsSo if I don't have my case with me? I can't turn them off? If that's true, someone should get fired at JBL. Also, can I have one in ear and still listen to music on one ear? I use this alot when out in traffic on a bike.
I literally just got these today ... at the gym not 1 hour .. i am wearing a sweater with my hood up.. and as I started to finally get a good sweat on these ear buds are going crazy because it it's reading my body heat like I am pressing the ear bud button....and it is annoying... I spent the last 30 minutes out my workout trying to disable the sensor with no answer guess who taking these back tomorrow... because I can not move my head without these thing going crazy like I am pussing the button.. so... their my honest review other then that it's nice fit on ear and it sound good.. but I can't workout with out these things beeping at me like am pressing the button..so it's a no go if you actually sweat..
Thanks mate. JBL make so hight quality headphones so cheap price, than that must be criminal.
Its the other brands that are too expensive lol
Overpriced !
Thank you! The instructions weren’t clear in the manual. This video helped a lot.
How so? This video didn't explain a single thing on how to operate the device. I will have to look elsewhere for that.

The controls on the device are by far the worst ever to deal with. Trying to turn on/off talk through & ambient is a nightmare.

I went in my phone settings. My phone has separate volume for calls and media. I turned calls volume up higher and it's now fixed.
@arondueck it didn't help with calls

You can customize what tapping on each bud does in the app.
You can customize right or left earbud to up or down the volume, i have left earbud to up and down and right to pause and google assistant
If you have volume on the left where does the tall thru and ambient aware go?
@@ramorocks12 having both earbuds on, if You have only 1 doesnt work
How do u customise??
How to increase the volume?
Any teply?
That’s why I’m here!😁

Can you use voice assistant to adjust volume? Only seems to work when I talk in phone

Love to know if you’ve tried them with glasses. I want something that fits under a helmet with glasses.

Yes; as soon as you take one out it turns off and the other one keeps on going
Make an honest video review-comparison of headphones Jbl endurance peak 3 vs jbl reflect aero vs jbl reflect flow pro
How do you turn off sound notifications. Every time I listen to music my ring tone goes off when Im listening to music it over laps it
Put your phone on do not disturb. This is not an issue with the earbuds

How many hours of play are in each earbud separately?
They both have 10 hours of battery life, depending on what features you have enabled in the settings

Based on the thumbnail, I have been wearing these wrong.
Does it have automatic power off? I mean power saving mode?
@alimalekzadeh7354 These do not have a power saving mode. They only turn off once you put them back in their charging case.

Correction, they power off when not worn, as in, when the hook touches the bud, regardless of being in or out of the case.
