Hi all, I seem to have lost the blue channel on both of my reef Led90 LED's. I have hard reset both to factory settings and linked back up with no luck. Has anyone had this problem. And what was the fix.? Love the product just need to fix.
You should get help regardless of a receipt. It might not be covered by warranty without it, but help you should get 100%, please provide us a ticket # and we'll have a look to clarify it if needed.
When will you make a video for the suspension kit, I bought some being delivered today for my 90s Also is mine a new revision mine has screws holding top on not like in your video where is snaps on.
Red sea products are trash my reef mat motor fail. I had to make my own mods .and now my redsea light 90s are both out . They don't want to reconnect . I'm not buy and any of there products it's going in the trash .oh and also my redsea tank has a air gap in the silicone.

The lights are perfect no worries apart from not having blue is disappointing considering the dollar value.
