I saw a bird in Indiana about 26yrs ago that wasnt an owl, or another bird of prey. It stood about 3ft tall. I have tried to identify it, no luck. Not a woodpecker. Markings were wrong. Call me whatever you want, but i am leaning toward teradactyl. I believe the condors are still living, that is a huge bird. Just saying 😊
