Copy all files and rename them like this:
Gta3.dxt.dat
Gta3.dxt.tmb
Gta3.dxt.toc
Gta3.etc.dat
Gta3.etc.tmb
Gta3.etc.toc
Gta3.pvr.dat
Gta3.pvr.tmb
Gta3.pvr.toc
Gta3.txt
Gta3.unc.tmb
With this configurations it works for me
IMPORTANT:
ho has .toc keeps .toc
ho has .dat keeps .dat
And ho has .tmb keeps .tmb
the .txt and the .unc stays the same so don't copy it
