I have a question. What should I do if I'm not hungry at all and I don't have appetite. Should I eat 3-4 small meals (actually like snacks and easy digestable food like shakes or heslthy samdwiches)? Should I force myself to eat, if I fell like my body doesn't want it? I'm an athelte btw
