Agree. Zadia really has a nice location being walking distance to the commercial areas nearby (Paseo, Nuvali, Vista Mall). It's a much better value for money compared to other upcoming condo developments nearby (Una Apartments, Solara Park, etc). Better location plus cheaper price. Win-win 👍.
