You find a niche business within your local area, make a video with demo MVP for those businesses, and then circle around to do a drop-in visit explaining that one of their competitors will purchase your AI chatbot at some point; marketing without spending a dime. Once you have a template for a series of businesses, you can just tweak it for each business model with similar structures, i.e. Airbnb, motels, vacation rentals, etc. This is the easiest and free way to do it. The point of AAA and why the community is sharing templates is because it's a "low hanging fruit" system where you can door knock at small-mid size businesses and showcase your work with the AI chatbot. Use platforms like Upwork or similar and do a couple of free builds for your resume. Make the contract out so that the client must be a reference for you so that the next guy is paying you for the work, then rinse and repeat.

I think when you're starting out I would not get into any type of Facebook ad rev spending, it's going to potentially put you in the red if you do not have the ability to start making money up front. Ideally I would create a botpress chatbot that can fit into a variety of businesses that have similar Business models, where then you can simply go door-to-door create a demo and try to get at least a referral or a little bit of money coming in before trying to launch some ad campaign online.
@@goonie79 Is a customer facing chatbot relevant for small local businesses? How much of an impact would it make to their business...as i cant imagine that they are getting much traffic...
@@seanhward At the beginning, those wanting to create their own business, you need to build up to Ad spend. I think it really depends on what stage a person is at. I just know if I'm selling a SaaS solution, having an MVP that you demo to the client in-person is extremely effective. Once they ramp up with sales, it does make sense to run an Ad campaign. But for a straight beginner, the AAA model is a perfect fit.
First off, never, ever sell the feature (in the case AI, chat nots, etc). Sell the OUTCOME of what the AI / bots / etc will do for the business. Businesses don't want a chat bot. They want more sales opportunities with less effort. They want to be more profitable.
My guy hasn’t heard of cold email. Booked 7 calls in a single day from cold email. There is absolute no reason to be running ads if you know what you’re doing with cold email. This video has proved nothing.
I’m in the beginning stages of creating an online business or agency. I worked for a company called Marketo where I created complex email campaigns for large companies along with landing pages and some web sites. I saw how effective this could be. Learned all about A/B testing and deliverability. I will say that if anyone is going to go down the cold email path, make sure you learn all about this topic, especially deliverability and how it can be detrimental to your efforts if you decide to buy lists and then try to blast it with emails. Learn about dedicated IPs and. blacklisting as well. There are definitely tools and people out here that can help you. I much prefer taking the time to learn about cold emailing than beating my head against a wall trying to call 50-100 people daily and then trying to follow up with them at least 12 more times. Don’t be like me and waste a lot of money on a so called no lose program only to find out that they teach doing this as the primary way of getting clients and then tell you, oh by the way, if you really need help, pay us $1200 more plus another $50-100 per month for our proprietary ai software. Also do not like this model of enter your email to get on a list and then book a call after spending time watching a webinar. Waisted a lot of time doing webinars and hour long calls only to find out they want $3000-10,000 for their program. If you don’t like the idea of selling a service then go a different route altogether to make money.
I don’t really understand this, I can code as well, like I know what people are paying for only websites, if you search dentist or what ever Business in your area, you will see that over 60-70% have soo bad websites with their only option is to either mail or call the company, you can build a fully automated solution with a chat bot for example, that you can sell to them for like at least 2000$, something that took you if you create a template, like maybe 4 hours of work, you just have to be good at sales and don’t pitch it like an idiot, and make them try the product before you say anything about what it is or what it can do or how you built it etc
If your a beginner it means you still have a lot to learn. One lesson I learned in business a long time ago is to take responsibilty for yourself. Blaming others will only ever attract those in a similar state, they will agree with you, but are generally broke mindset individuals who won't buy from you anyway. If you think you can make thousands by watching a video without high value skills your dreaming, thats the root of the issue - not the gurus.
While I agree AI Automation agencies won't work for 99% of people. Because of one reason: 99% of people starting this model are kids, who don't know about business. If you don't know about business you can't solve problems within someone else's business. BTW CPL is a completely irrelevant metric - it literally means nothing. Lead to call and conversion rate is what you need to measure 👍
I feel like I’m part of the 99% you’re referencing here, what would you recommend to someone wanting to learn enough about business to succeed in an AI-service based business?
Hi Joe, thanks for the video. I've sold 3 AI solutions last month (and without hearing about AAA). There are more ways than these model (or the models proposed by those gurus). For example, I run a CRO consultancy (marketing, user research), and I can use AI as an upsell. Also, I get to know from paid ads agencies what the pains of their clients are and can provide AI as a solution too. I've made already 20k in July with a: trained AI in customer service, a trained AI as an online course helper and an AI chat embedded on a site to guide potential patients to clinical treatment. Remember: people wouldn't know about AI .. but the moment you should do a live demo with 194 languages of the same trained content.. all changes. You are approaching this from a cold sales point of view but there are many other ways (white labelling, upselling to existing clients, AI training > upsell to 'do it for you' etc. There are several aspects that normal 'chatbotters' services aren't covering: What to do beyond a chatbot (in terms of output) What to do with info collection (how to gather, review, classify, and put together in an index all sort of document types, so they can avoid overlapping and also get the possibility to 'untrain' any content at any time) BTW I'm a beginner too and I've spent $50 getting the first client (which paid 10k when they saw a tiny demo). Keen to follow you and see how far you go Joe.
This is a very cool insight as to which I totally agree with. If you look at my other videos my whole thesis is based on the upsell… and there are so many different opportunities with Ai that are totally undiscovered, something to which my own AAA is exploring all the time. Send me a message on instagram 🙌
I feel like you should atleast be a little bit more specific about how this system of yours works like the guys you are dragging in this video. Maybe their models are expensive for beginners but atleast their videos are straight forward and easy to understand. I do think though that you are onto something great, just offer more indepth and detailed videos.
@@Zeenouploads when you can use your brain right creativity is a massive issue. Ive over 1000 unlisted vids and more as I cant stop spewing amazing content. The time to get them up and published is my bottleneck. YT is brutal - easy success on that platform is hard - even if you get an initial viral break for a few weeks
Agree. I think AAA as it is presented by gurus is a short timeframe play. Basically arbitrage off the knowledge gap. It's obviously not that hard because complete newbs and career salesman can do it. Eventually it will be productized to the point where a IT guy or Operations team can set it up, just like every other SaaS tool. Sure money can be made - IT and marketing consultancy will always be a thing, but don't fool yourself into get rich quick off no special skill. Bring some additional value to the table.
I found that there are loads of people that have succeeded in the pure AAA model in other communities, such as in the botpress discord server. Surely not all of them must of started with a hefty budget?
Well i dont think they are selling bots for 2k a month like hes saying they are trying to charge. Most people are selling bots for 500-800 and then a $150 maintenance fee per month. I think ai bots and this method are both good options
Scammera calling out scammers...now this is confusing. But what's not is the the many videos of you lately talking about AI. Looks like you are just trying to push views too like your brothers.
Very informational video. I found this really good ChatBot service, where I payed a lifetime fee of 170 dollars. The setup is very easy. You Crawl the desired Webiste, by inserting a link. You change the Base Prompt. (Make Chatgpt be your Prompt maker and copy and paste), and done. It takes like 15 minutes. From what I learned in the video. Should I have the Saas,SMMA,AAA Model as a main service and have the Bot as a Microservice, or the opposite, Cause my friend is about to close a big ass company with a lot of goverment funding (they have a lot of money to spend). Would be happy for some advice. Definetly subbed. I see your channel growing crazy.
I think you are partially correct. However, one of my AAA team members, of an Agency I just started thanks to Liam Evens, has closed a $2k setup fee and $1k retainer in the real estate niche in 5 days of learning about AAA without spending a dime on ads, just instagram DMs. It all depends on niche and method of outreach. You can definitely generate leads and convert them to paying clients if you put in the time. It's 100% possible. Your model definitely interests me however as I can see it is very scalable.

Good content though and the SAAS implementation is rlly good idea. Keep it up. A vid dedicated to the deliverable aspect in both aaa and smma/aaa/saas models would be really valuable to may ppl. Cheers
Does this still work? And for my understandment, you want me to start an marketing agency + software as a service business and automate it as much as I can with AI?
How much do you charge for an ai chatbot service alone? I have 4 case studies and all of them are happy so far. Would love to know how much we could sell this for. @anyone

Take a break, learn cold emailing. Landing B2B clients is a networking job, not a social media strategy. Our average billables are $800; if you can land 10 good clients and provide value and support, you're set. So get it together, Joe.
Very nice video! I understood the idea benhind all of this but it would be perfect if you do a video step by step of the process with all the apps/softwares that you use to make this work.

I'm curious to see who/what may respond to it.
I'm a bit confused So you're saying the main problem with AAA (let's say selling ai chatbots to acquire leads etc) is getting client? if yes the do you also run ads for your agency to get clients?
@@bgmiplayers4803 Thanks for nothing but my point is he's calling AAA a scam because you need to run ads to get client which is a bit far fetched at some point most of the agencies run ads to get clients And i've also seen few people get clients with selling chatbots as a lead capture service (not for like 4 figures )WITHOUT running any kind of ads and solely getting clients through cold dms
300 paunds, youre crazy fam, the only reason I'm trying to go for aiaa is because i live in an undeveloped country and don't have a credit card, so i can't start your 'better' method anyway
When you say the free trial does not end until you book your first consultation, are the clients still paying the ad spend? so they use your platform for free but still pay to have the ads on facebook?
Alright I haven't watched the full video but, he's right you can't just pitch a chatbot nobody and I mean nobody cares. So if you have a chatbot and want pitch it here's how. Pitch what your chatbot does not the chatbot itself. So say something along the lines of 24/7 customer support with automated bookings. Of course you wouldn't say this exactly but you get the point. All you're doing is making it so they can understand what you're offering. Think about it as explaining the internet to your grandparents. It's kinda like that. Now this is some free game for yall if you are new. It helped me get my 1st client without A case study of my own or free trial. Since you're pitching a chatbot/ ai services. You can kinda steal a case study. What do I mean? Take a case study and when your sending the email or dm just be like. This has helped so in so do this and that. You aren't lying and they'll assume you were the one that helped them. It automatically puts you in a position of authority so you can upsell them and make $$$. Hopefully this helped. [Edit] some people are wondering about what I meant in the last paragraph. I really can't explain it better. All you have to do is find a case study and use it. This could be through the internet or discord doesn't matter just find one. Then reference it in your email or dm it's that simple. The point of outreach is to get them curious enough to hop on a call with you this helps with that. After they join the call you don't need to bring up the case study anymore if you don't want to. If you're good with your words you can make it sound like you helped them without actually saying that. If they ask about it if you really can't think of anything say you got access to sensitive information and had to sign an NDA or something along these lines. Now on my call I didn't have to bring it up because I showed competence. So they trusted that I knew what I was doing which I did. Hopefully this helped My grammar and punctuation is definitely off but it's 3 am and I don't care to fix it plz forgive me 🙇

Bro, I have 20 k to put on marketing in what way I like, if I build a simple automated flow that pretty much converts customer from “landing page” to paying customer at least hot lead, how can’t I succeed with this in some time frame? It’s actually so free for business owners in compared to what employees would cost them to do the same thing
Or I just don’t understand, or you saying everything with out explanations. And when it will be “time” for AiAA, it will be all ready late to start, ‘couse there will be much much bigger agency’s. I’m not blaming you, just my opinion
Liam Ottley is so succesful that he needed to start a TH-cam channel. He's doing so well that instead of maximizing his AI agency he's putting a lot of energy into a TH-cam channel. Do you get my drift? It's the same with all the guru's, if you're super succesful with something not a single person in this world would be so smart to start exposing all their ideas, unless they'r trying to generate leads through it.
With all due respect, I think you do not get how the creator economy works. They start their Yt channel because they also have to build their personal brand. Of course, it will help them with their inbound but this does not have to be a bad thing, it is how this new digital economy works. What looks like not maximizing his AI agency will actually help him much more long term because it is helping him become an authority. Have a great sunday!

But if I have a capital worth 5000 dollars advertising budget + I will make a TH-cam channel promoting this thing and talking about this thing and promoting our services will it be a good thing for me, especially since this business model is new and if I start an agency from now it will be great will it be if I have this capital it will be a good thing
Great video ! I have a potential customer (a sports coach) who would be interested in this service. The problem is that he's afraid to invest an advertising budget and I can't bring him any leads after that.
CPL = Cost per lead. A 'lead' can be a prospective interested person who's likely to become a customer in the near future if nurtured correctly via giving free value and establishing yourself as an authority in your niche. The amount spent to acquire this lead is cost per lead.
Yes if you can find the right tools to make it completely automated. But SFC is a commodity with little differentiation from agency to agency, meaning your going to have to cut your price as your USP, or offer a week free just something new
@@_joeleek I think there needs to be a fundamental understanding of how business works, like any online business. You need to be able to do your own research and take action on what you learn. As a beginner It will take you longer to do anything, there’s lessons that need to be learnt. That’s just the way it is. But as a business model, it’s more so about understanding automations and efficiencies you can tie into a business. Custom AI solutions are a way better sell than a chat bot. The chat bot route for me is a great way into the business as a freebie as the barrier to build them is low.
I agree, however I have tried selling a free enquiry management chat bot for instagram/ Facebook DMs and website as a ‘lead magnet’ however again, the market just didn’t resonate with the offer. Even if they did, in terms of total addressable market size, offering Ai in the lead gen space has a larger total addressable market than the Ai efficiencies space? So to link it to the overall point of what I’m saying, as a beginner I’d say it’s easier and what I mean buy that is it’s more affordable to grow a lead gen Ai agency in the way I have demonstrated it, than just a sole Ai agency. Thoughts?
@@_joeleek isn’t it all the same thing? We cover everything. We label ourselves automation experts for lead generation and sales processes. Ai is what facilitates a lot of what we do. Facts!! AI itself is worthless.. it's all about what you do with it. And Most of them are focused on selling the AI tech but not solving any problems..
It's always a headache to start with a solution in search of a problem. AI Chatbots have been around for a long time. Few years ago there was a wave of messenger bots. As always marketers ruin everything and spam the heck out of everyone. Now it's ChatGPT bots. Can't blame newbies wanting to ride the wave.
I'm 16 years experienced marketing professional and running my own digital marketing agency for over 8 years. I agree with you about internet gurus and the false promise but that's not the problem here. It doesn't really about what kind of service you offering. If there is real value, now you have a chance to sell. BUT; You have to be a pro about the service You need real results. That's it. I see many young fellas falling into a trap after they watch a couple of videos from these gurus. Running an agency is not an easy cake. If you really want to be a successful digital marketer or Smm professional then first you need to learn this shit. Anyway, it's good to see you have a successful ad result. If you can generate tens of them for a specific sector, congrats now you can sell your experience. And the AI automation service as an addon will make it easier to sell your service to local businesses.
@@benthistle8540 Sure, results are results. My point was that learning the business is the important thing here. You don't build the AI. You use a tool for that and learn how to use that tool efficiently. If it brings success to any business of yours it can bring success to potential clients. I see many people jump on a trend like SMMA or AAA, spend a couple of months (without trying to learn everything), and leave it and move to other trendy businesses which almost always ends up failing. You know you can learn how to find clients but if you don't learn how to bring value to these people they'll leave you. So use your businesses and generate leads and sales then sell the experience. Good luck!

My guy hasn’t heard of cold email. Booked 7 calls in a single day from cold email. There is absolute no reason to be running ads if you know what you’re doing with cold email.
This video has proved nothing.
Can you help me?
Are you still in the industry Abdul?
Dude all you have to do is cold email leads and thats how you get clients. You don't need to run ads. Stop calling it a scam.
Mindset before business as whole
@@_joeleek 100%
While I agree AI Automation agencies won't work for 99% of people. Because of one reason: 99% of people starting this model are kids, who don't know about business. If you don't know about business you can't solve problems within someone else's business. BTW CPL is a completely irrelevant metric - it literally means nothing. Lead to call and conversion rate is what you need to measure 👍
I feel like I’m part of the 99% you’re referencing here, what would you recommend to someone wanting to learn enough about business to succeed in an AI-service based business?
@krishimotam1289 it's a scam. The more people use it, the more foolish they become
Sounds like FUD to me- no need to put down others to build yourself up.
There are several aspects that normal 'chatbotters' services aren't covering:
What to do beyond a chatbot (in terms of output)
What to do with info collection (how to gather, review, classify, and put together in an index all sort of document types, so they can avoid overlapping and also get the possibility to 'untrain' any content at any time)
BTW I'm a beginner too and I've spent $50 getting the first client (which paid 10k when they saw a tiny demo).
Wow, this is mind blowing.please could you teach me how to do it.
I've been trying to learn for some time now

Nice work, do you create the ads for the customer by yourself or do you let A.I. do it?
I feel like you should atleast be a little bit more specific about how this system of yours works like the guys you are dragging in this video. Maybe their models are expensive for beginners but atleast their videos are straight forward and easy to understand. I do think though that you are onto something great, just offer more indepth and detailed videos.
That's exactly what he's trying to get everyone to see.... Their model isn't meant to work for the average person. Don't be fooled, be vigilant!!
content creators do this on purpose, they keep things as vague as possible so they produce the maximum amount of content as possible

Hi Joe, can we have a video with you showing us one of the tools you have made for your clients as a study case please? Thanks for everything mate!
Please show us how to setup everything and how to begin this new business model

Should I have the Saas,SMMA,AAA Model as a main service and have the Bot as a Microservice, or the opposite,
Cause my friend is about to close a big ass company with a lot of goverment funding (they have a lot of money to spend).
Would be happy for some advice. Definetly subbed. I see your channel growing crazy.
Hello, I've been looking for AI chatbot as customer support service, can you please provide me with name of the chat bot?
1,000,000%. Chatbot in itself has no value. No business gonna care. It is, however, a component to a service such as SMM, lead gen, CRO, etc.
killer bro! which bot did you go with?
To follow a beginner as a beginner is literally stupid. Use your head folks.
Not all business models succeed with ads and dropshipping is a BIG example..
Dropshipping worked with ads 5 years ago and works today 😂😂😂 everything works if you can figure it out how to do it
I think you are partially correct.

Hey I've started my own AAA.. I've 3 years of experience in cold calling and more than 5 years of experience in, marketing and website designing. Let's do something together.
What sort of service did you offer if you dont mind sharing?
It is 1.5 years old now - which is very long in the AI industry. Could post an update?
but he dosent know that SMMA and SAAS its saturated, and the CPL its way too HIGH. so... there its no point
great video, is there a link for the discord?
I think much of this video is predicated on a really bad presentation of the offer. Ofc they hang up if you feature dump. Sales is the basis of all of this- Skill issue.
So basically what’s you’re doing is
GHL + Uphex + zapier automations what the added value the client get’s from working with us?
How much do you charge for an ai chatbot service alone? I have 4 case studies and all of them are happy so far. Would love to know how much we could sell this for. @anyone
Could you tell drop a link for those case studies ?
Automating chats can really take your sales through the roof, they know you are putting in the hours when you respond to them within seconds!
However if ur IQ is above 90, you should be able to tell that it’s prolly a bot, if not now, then in 1 year, so that argument isn’t valid long
Yes but only for a short time. Stop relying on people's foolishness to get you sales, it won't always work, and if you wish it to work then you gave completely given yourself over to evil.

Take a break, learn cold emailing. Landing B2B clients is a networking job, not a social media strategy. Our average billables are $800; if you can land 10 good clients and provide value and support, you're set. So get it together, Joe.

whae you say book your first call, do you mean the business owner call you or the cliant book a call with the business owner?
Why not use cold email to acquire leads?
I'm a bit confused
So you're saying the main problem with AAA (let's say selling ai chatbots to acquire leads etc) is getting client?
if yes the do you also run ads for your agency to get clients?
0:16
@@bgmiplayers4803 Thanks for nothing
but my point is he's calling AAA a scam because you need to run ads to get client which is a bit far fetched
at some point most of the agencies run ads to get clients
And i've also seen few people get clients with selling chatbots as a lead capture service (not for like 4 figures )WITHOUT running any kind of ads and solely getting clients through cold dms
300 paunds, youre crazy fam, the only reason I'm trying to go for aiaa is because i live in an undeveloped country and don't have a credit card, so i can't start your 'better' method anyway
When you say the free trial does not end until you book your first consultation, are the clients still paying the ad spend? so they use your platform for free but still pay to have the ads on facebook?
hi , how do i get the affiliate traning, plus snaphot as I have signed up via your links?
Hopefully this helped
My grammar and punctuation is definitely off but it's 3 am and I don't care to fix it plz forgive me 🙇
And if possible provide an example model they can test out beforehand.

Small businesses don't know tech and are resistant to change. Medium and large businesses are automating.
Exactly bro, yet the gurus are getting beginners to start the model, targeting medium to large firms🤡
Hey the video seems to be off instagram now :(
Its in the profile in my bio posted as a reel
Liam Ottley is so succesful that he needed to start a TH-cam channel. He's doing so well that instead of maximizing his AI agency he's putting a lot of energy into a TH-cam channel. Do you get my drift? It's the same with all the guru's, if you're super succesful with something not a single person in this world would be so smart to start exposing all their ideas, unless they'r trying to generate leads through it.
@@user-hn5xq8tp8b anyone who understand the market agree with what u r saying

Of course, it will help them with their inbound but this does not have to be a bad thing, it is how this new digital economy works. What looks like not maximizing his AI agency will actually help him much more long term because it is helping him become an authority. Have a great sunday!

Great video ! I have a potential customer (a sports coach) who would be interested in this service. The problem is that he's afraid to invest an advertising budget and I can't bring him any leads after that.
Everyone is afraid at first. What are his main objections?
What does CPL mean? I'm new to business 😅 and I want to learn more.
Cost Per Lead
CPL = Cost per lead. A 'lead' can be a prospective interested person who's likely to become a customer in the near future if nurtured correctly via giving free value and establishing yourself as an authority in your niche. The amount spent to acquire this lead is cost per lead.
Would a short form content agency+automation agency work in theory
Yes if you can find the right tools to make it completely automated. But SFC is a commodity with little differentiation from agency to agency, meaning your going to have to cut your price as your USP, or offer a week free just something new
I definitely like it, I'm in.... where to Sarge?
Great video Joe, it's definitely not easy, make that very clear in my videos! 😎
I do appreciate your transparency, would you agree this is easier for a beginner?
What are your thoughts on starting this model as a beginner Liam? Think people could really benefit from your thoughts
We’re not as straight cut as, chat bots and that’s it. It’s pure automation and strategic development of systems to help our clients save time and money on their business.
Yeah..... This guy is totally correct
We Agree Joe! Keep it up!
Lets say I have a couple businesses that I used AAA to increase their revenue, use them for a case study. That would work no?
@@benthistle8540 Sure, results are results. My point was that learning the business is the important thing here. You don't build the AI. You use a tool for that and learn how to use that tool efficiently. If it brings success to any business of yours it can bring success to potential clients.
I see many people jump on a trend like SMMA or AAA, spend a couple of months (without trying to learn everything), and leave it and move to other trendy businesses which almost always ends up failing. You know you can learn how to find clients but if you don't learn how to bring value to these people they'll leave you. So use your businesses and generate leads and sales then sell the experience.
Good luck!
This is gangster. Love the video mate.

Well if you start your call with: I have an AI Automation Tool to bla bla sure nobody cares :) You need to start with the problem you gonna solve! How you solve that doesnt matter but you could start with explaining that you can keep their employee cost low by offering them the same services their employees now do for half the price.
For sure, in my ads I don’t even say it’s Ai, they just think I sit at my desk qualifying 100s of leads so they can pick up the phone and get 80% booking rates for £197pm😃… I do tell them it’s Ai though later in the ad👌
