As a Georgian, I agree the CSRA (Augusta is part of this) Goodwills are off the charts in prices. I am super grateful that we have a special Goodwill that is our version of the bins (except everything hangs and is cheaper) and a newer thrift that opened t hat has better flat pricing that’s more reasonable. I can’t imagine only having regular Goodwill now, it wouldn’t be as profitable.

If you have peppermint essential oil take a few good sniffs of that and your headache will be gone. Fun fact……put a couple drops of the peppermint essential oil in whatever you clean your windows with and spiders and bugs stay away. Really helps with spiderwebs.

Hi, I haven't had a chance to watch the whole video....and can't see the chat replay so I don't know if someone already mentiioned this. But you said that you can't charge your shipping fees to Paypal anymore, and I still do do that. You just have to go into your account and choose that option. Alternatively, there is a spot at the bottom of the listing shipping page where you can choose that item by item. That said, I think PirateShip is awesome. I don't use it all the time, just because using ebay shipping is more convenient sometimes; but I recommend it to everyone.
Re: Skylander auction The last time we had a buyer back out of an auction, eBay allowed us to reach out to the next highest bidder to see if they would like purchasing it. Worked wonderfully. You may look into it to avoid having to go thru the whole process again?
@49:33 movies are a lot different from books as in it’s easier to spot ones that might have value and you don’t have to scan every single one. You could just keep it simple and look for box sets/ seasons that some can be pretty good.

Do you think Whatnot has become a way of offloading all your garbage to your viewers and fans by keeping all your best stuff for higher quicker sales on ebay postmark etc.
They’re very open that 85% of their income comes from TH-cam and their old house that’s rented out. He considers himself a TH-camr and not a reseller. They are able to sell the way they do because of their TH-cam notoriety.
I’ve also heard him say Whatnot brings more for him on average because of his TH-cam success as most of the items he sales would not bring that much typically.
Personally I don't like the way those youtubers once Whatnot was up and running, ditched showing people how to run a successful ebay business, only to use their captive audiences as a way of getting rid of their death piles. Expensive items are still to be sold via eBay and platforms that make the higher buck. Very sly, in my opinion. And they can consider themselves what they like at the end of the day they're reselling stuff.

We find cool stuff that we think people would enjoy and start all auctions at a dollar. Sometimes they do well, sometimes they don’t sell at all.
