The car is a beauty. A classic. Power and a balanced chassis. A Rentech version of the gt amg with the 6.2 naturally aspirated engine did 6.30 secs on a empty ring a few years ago.
The sound was epic on my wee sound system, now the lap has pride of place in my audio files as that machine was weilded like it deserves thanks to tha man himself, and unfortunately not everyone could own such a piece of art by maybach mercedes AMG. ive wanted to ride in a high performance seat like that but in nz the price is beyond many. appreciate the share misha

This would have to be one of the fastest cars I have seen that Misha has driven on the Nurburgring! From seeing how relaxed Misha is driving the car, this Mercedes look easy, safe and user friendly to drive even at high speeds.
I don't like any Mercedes nowadays... except this one! OMG. Pulls like a Tesla, handles and brakes like a Porsche and sounds like an angry jet fighter. Amazing car for the Ring! One of the best for sure.
100% one of the best sounding and performing cars. My other favorite sound is the Aston Martin V8. Now if we can just get a gen 2 or gen 5 dodge viper to sound like that I can peacefully move on to heaven and know I had a good life.

Stock turbos won’t allow it to go 700hp. I would say this was making 670hp-680hp but the AMG GT R drivetrain is incredibly efficient.
