Newray welcomes Vimesh, a customer from India.
Vimesh is one of the most serious customers I have received, and he is also the only one who has asked to see how the glass kiln works up close. The temperature on the second and third floors of the kiln is quite high, over 50 degrees, but as a senior engineer, he still wants to understand how the glass bottles are produced in their initial state up close.
He not only cares about the details of each step of glass bottles production, but also has a detailed understanding of the mold production workshop and mold warehouse, different packaging materials and inventory storage, and is more concerned about the hygiene management of the production process. He noticed that the Newray factory has special rodent control equipment, mosquito control equipment and factory door and window management. He asked in detail how we do a good job in daily management of rodent control and mosquito control. I have to say that Vimesh is very professional in the food industry and cares about the interests of consumers. Thumbs up for him.
After visiting the factory, Newray and Vimesh discussed the glass spice jars order plan for the second half of this year in the conference room.
