Well basically for anything -10 to -14 do acid rain and for launch punishable moves that are -15 or above do hopkick. Acid rain is ideal as it deals the most damage but very difficult to do every time so people opt for other punishes like 444 for -11 etc

Any tips on how to get UF4 from crouch consistently? I keep getting full crouch uf4 (the flip kick launcher) instead and its harder for me to convert to combos. I know you can crouch cancel into uf4 but thats hard to do for a punish.
And I need to punish frame by frame? I just thought that I probably wouldn't have time to react so quickly, then I need to choose the fastest punishments t_t
It comes with experience. I don't have Tekken 8 but I do play Tekken 7. The best way to approach it is by checking using a jab, his 4, or df1. There is also a bit of block stun so you don't actually need a perfect input to punish. This is where Acid Rain's inconsistency comes from (or so I've heard). Due to the block stagger, it changes his just-frame timings slightly. Also, 1,2,4 is a decent i10 punisher if you can't do Acid Rain
