Hello, I just purchased this multimeter and having 20,000 counts and 5 digits, I do not understand why it cannot measure 200khz with 2 decimal places, for example 200.01khz, it is a delay having the possibility of measurement and digits when any counter of frequency you can do it.

Can you explain why the UT161E and the UT61E+ exist at the same time? They look the same on the surface but haven't seen any reviews on the UT161E. Did you make the safety worse or it's just a rebrand
The UT161E has thicker 1.000V rated fuses, the UT61E+ has just cheap 250V fuses. If you produce a short circuit while measuring the better fuses can save your life when shutting down the internal light arc safely. @@UniTrendTechnology yea, silly support that can't make stable software and can't give runtime solution :) My first plug with usb was that the app was crying that it failed with connection. Anyway, you need to unplug/plug usb cable in/out so the app will activate the button to connect. Then after a time, you might encounter the connection problem. After a while, after a few plugs/displugs the app got the signal and started working, or it established something. Hard to tell where the problem was - one thing is sure, windows 11 did not install anything additional, maybe i've just hit the connect in the right moment, who knows (even manufacturer seems to doesn't know that).

hFE is an obsolete feature. Shame for not putting LoZ or Temp feature on 61E+. I understand, that you want to sell both D+ and E+ models, which makes me frustrated, frankly speaking.
hfe and temp is obsolete in high-end models (you can do it with any cheap crap), they should put there something useful or remove it totally and spread buttons, so it would look less burdened

What is the maximum sampling rate while using a USB connection? The video shows 1 sample/s, but I am wondering how much it can be increased.
It does not affect sample rate when connected via USB

Hi Sir, they're same except the only difference that the UT161E is CE certified, suitable for the European market.
