No this is not okay. As a Christian this is very disrespectful because he’s depicting himself to be Jesus, which is blasphemy, which is almost unforgivable. Whoever says he’s just standing up for women’s rights, as a women you don’t have to dress yourself as Jesus to do that. It’s weird and it shocks me that not many Christians in these comments understand this. Stop educating people on subjects you’re not educated enough on. Also, before this he claimed that Jesus was a prophet? If he was a Christian he wouldn’t be saying that so obviously he’s also not educated on his religion. Makes absolutely 0 sense.
he is not entirely depicting himself as Jesus. In the music video of Savior you will understand that he tells his fans not to worship him like he is christ. He is wearing the crown to show what his fans think of him, not what he thinks abt himself. Kendrick is a devout christian and his last intent was mocking Jesus.
