Finally someone that can actually teach right in the correct order. I paid 900.00 for online instruction that you cant follow, this is great. Keep them coming!
Finally found a video with no loud background music. I was able to understand everything and apply the knowledge from this video to what I’m working on.
I'm a Solidworks user for many years and also used Inventor for about two years. Rule of thumb: ALWAYS create your parts from the origin point and not like he did with the peg. It will make your assembly a lot easier.
@wira rifqy the way physics is calculated is from the origins at simple parts it doesn't matter but when you get to more complex parts its a must for certain tools like wrap.
Is the "mate process" similar in invetor and solidworks, because I can mate this much faster with solidworks (CTRL+faces)? In invetor mating looks like in catia? am I wrong?
Coming from Blender, this CAD style is totally a different world. Awesome video. Just the basics on putting an assembly together, just what I was looking for. Thanks so much.
This makes me feel better. Im making a Beyblade (toy top, easiest to take apart) and it’s going along well enough. Just don’t know how to constrain orientation, because the parts clip
Hello. I'm a beginner. Can I move the origin of global reference system where I want to? I got step files with different origin position, so I'd like to put the global origin of the assembly where I want . Thank you
Tip for the future: When you're making a tutorial about assemblies, don't waste 5 minutes of a 12 minute video on part making. That's not what we're here for. All of that can be prepared beforehand. You can briefly go over the prepared geometry and maybe explain a few design aspects, but that's it. Don't make two tutorials, when the title only speaks of one

thank you, i've just started using inventor it's apparently making things easier
And to add in an engineering environment you would be fired

Agreed. It won’t throw off measurements as bad later on
Listening to this while trying to do my own assembly project. The bonks from the locked-in parts catch me off-guard XD

Thanks for blowing out my ears with that overly loud sound effect when the parts aligned... damn...
after finish this still m feeling that beeaaaaappppp sound🤣
the sound made me sick :(
inventor does that haha had to turn it down
i jumped
Sir you deserve to be verified with these kind of contents. I really learned a lot from your tutorial videos! A big thank you from me 😄
I’m doing graphic communication at my high school and this was so much help, thank you!
THANKS I DID MY FIRST INVENTOR WITH YOUR TUTORIAL GOD BLESS YOU SIR
Saved my life with this is video, thank you so much!
Best inventor tutorial in youtube
Thanks, just completed half of my assembly. This was good, informative and easy.
Thank you so much for your hard work to show us and help us!

Thanks sooooo much. You sir, have saved my grade on a project in intro to engineering. Thank you ever so much!!!!
absolutely excellent teacher
Super clear explanation!
are compatibles files in inventor from any year?. like files from 2012 can open with inventor 2019?
That sound effect is hilarious XD
*BONK*
How to disassemble an assembly into parts?
why i dont have assembly and presentation?
thanks a lot for helping the Public...
you taught me more than my teacher

just amazing
This was so helpful! Thank you so much for this video
Thank you, it was well explained and I understood the first time :)
What's with the low volume on the speech and the high volume on the beeps, that was very annoying.
can we edit that part in assembly ?? i mean direct edit, ex i use U shape then i need to cut or extend.. pls help
part is stuck after mating.. cant move it
Can you help me with a question
You just saved my grade for my final in engineering lol
@Cameron Olejnik fuck you dont call people stupid on the internet ill beat your gay ass in real life nigga
This is explained better than my fking teachers did GJ
I right click but it doesn’t say ok
Great Video. Thanks!!... BTW RIP Headphone users
excellent vedio
Very helpfull.Thank you!!!!
Thank you very much! it helps me a lot!
ty so much this helped a lot
Some stuff on inventor piping & routing
Thank you.
ohhh man!!! Thank you
Thank you for your sharing, i can do follow your lession
god bless you sir
cool video
can you put an assembly into another assembly?
i dont think so
Why we cant build All part in 1 IPT. why should we do that.
Shaorune Nautilus cuz this concept is better in heavier assemblies
cool, thanks mate
Thank you so much, really helpful :)
nice explanation...
Tip: Skip to minute 6:00 to see actual assemblies and constrains

Great video but djumped out of my chair when you mated the parts togheter, check the sound before making a video, or edit it afterwords.
Thanks Bro, so much usefull c:
Thankyou for sharing
thank you, sir!
Thank you!
thank you
thanks
Jesus Christ is Lord and King and Our Savior!
this wasnt even constraiend wtf bro this is not how you draw in inventor
my free move at that right gone how to add back😂
Good at CAD, bad at english. Cyl-ON-drical...?
TychoBrahe21 ? Makes sense to me
👍👏
thank you, you provide very clear instructions! rly helpful video u did, good job
Biiiig Subscribe ☺️👌
Well, what can I say, I hate engineering class
very weird toy
A very helpful tutorial that helped me come up with my freelancing portfolio
