I did a rep scheme similar yesterday with light weight reps to failure on Hammer Curls and heavy weight reps with the ez bar curls. You ever experience any arm numbness the following day?
@@GeneticKing I'd thought so. Either did something to a nerve then or just went too hard after not doing much biceps focused workouts for a while. Forearms are sore too
