I've traveled for 40 + yrs. The past 6 yrs I've lived in 3 different countries and getting ready for my 4th. I'll be 66 in a couple of weeks and still love meeting and making friends. I'm very social and the only thing that shows me down is language at times. If I'm not staying more than a few months I'll keep it moving with Google Translate. To stay longer I try to find language apps etc. I've always had my dog as an icebreaker, walking her daily offered me regular contact with other dog walkers. I just had to have her put down before Christmas after 17 years so these next few months I'll find artist, writers groups and expat groups. Great tips and shout to Detroit. 👏🏼❤
@@agl5132 I love it! You are MY inspiration. I have an older dog too and he’s slowing down a lot - he’s almost 16. If you’d like to talk about your travels on this channel, please let me know. Safe travels to your next destination.
This is excellent advice. We just got to Rome and are exploring options to move here. We brought our dog and that was an ordeal. I remember you have a dog as well. ❤🐶We will search for expat groups once we get settled. 🥰🙏🏾
@@theluxurybucketlist Thanks for watching and congratulations on your scouting trip. Yeah it’s not easy to bring animals. I considered bringing my dog to the US when I visited but I would have had to do the paperwork all over again.
@@Tenisha_Mercer girl it was an ordeal. A very expensive ordeal. At 1st we had 1st class seats that had a stopover in London. They 1st approved our paperwork but then they didn’t and we got stuck in charlotte. Our luggage continued to Rome & we were stuck in a hotel with no luggage for day ms 🥴😫😵💫🤦🏾♀️💔🤬 we finally bought tickets on a different airline where I was stuck in the middle seat with a pissed off husband and dog. I began to regret EVERY life choice that led me to that middle seat. I dread having to fly back with him. I’m hoping I don’t have to & we can somehow stay without both of us needing to go back to apply for a visa 🥴🙏🏾❤️ 🤞🏾
@ yes girl I know that now. They threatened to kill my baby! 😫💔🐶 so I won’t be taking him to the uk even though it’s where his ancestors are from. He’s a yorkie 🥴😫🐶❤️
I hope you went to that invite Ms.T!! I’m still encouraging myself in America lol. I need to join some communities. You are right and I think it will help me to network
This is so true and since I couldn't find our traditional U.S. TG food items I went to Nice and gorged at amazing restaurants. Also, in one of those homebodies. I'm very self entertained. I'm never lonely just alone sometimes. 😊
@@Francebnd I went to the American Church in Paris on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was nice to chat with Americans and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal
I love the accessories! I can't wait to see how my Patti Labelle mac n' cheese tastes overe there with French cheeses, lol. I'm an introvert. Curious to see how that goes for me over there too. Another informative video. Thank you!
National Sunday Law is coming! Please read the books "The Great Controversy" by Ellen G White and "National Sunday Law" by Jan Marcussen. Both connect the dots for you. All current events we're seeing lead to Sunday worship by law aka Mark of the beast!

Please! EGW was deeply disturbed woman. Nobody forcing anyone to worship on Sunday.
@jaxv4102 Time will tell...
