Bris talking about them giving us fan service 😂😏. I feel like that is true but I do know that some cultures (and people) tend to be a bit touchy and affectionate so we will never know. Jimin is known to be quite affectionate.
It's true, western, specifically North American and British culture is very "conservative" about men being physically affectionate with other men because physical touch is often seen as romantic in those cultures ... But in a lot of other cultures that isn't the case at all and in fact people of the same gender are more likely to be physically affectionate with each other rather than the opposite sex because it's seen as just innocent while interactions with the opposite sex are seen as inherently romantic or sexual even when it's totally not. Just different cultures.

@@el.b7005 unfortunately shipping is a huge aspect of kpop stan culture so... It's almost unavoidable. With all the western fans coming in nowadays I feel that side of things is getting stronger and being taken more seriously than it used to though and a lot of that is to do with not being aware of the cultural differences when it comes to physical affection between friends of the same gender (for both men and women).
In South Korea, men are more affectionate than even the women in the US.
