Thanx for another great tutorial with appreciated detail. Between you, Tim and Duddy. The 3 of you are making my crew conversion. Sooooooo much easier with all your great "Details" that I will need as the crew starts to go back together. I'm "Officially" at my 1/2 way point at my conversion. My good welder friend is coming over Tues. To look over the frame z-cut stretch and let me know when he can come over weld it together for me. Then it's all down hill and more funner video's. Thanks Tyler for your avid enthusiasm for these trucks and your channel. Thumbs Up !
I got a 95 4x4 and I having problems with the cruise control doing weird things . So I use this procure to see if I can help fix it . I about at the point to just buy a aftermarket unit and by pass the pcm . I already bought a rebuilt pcm from Dodge a few years ago when the truck was have all kinds of problems that was fixed with the rebuilt pcm . Thanks for the video
So I have a 1990 dodge ram d150 and it’s a 5.2L and I found out it has 3.9L throttle body and injectors in it if I just change the fuel injectors should that fix the issues or would I have to change whole throttle body. Cause it looses power and acts like it’s not getting enough gas
All dodge trucks from 88 onward have a very basic ODB1 computer system for fuel injection and rudimentary diagnostic. You're probably thinking ODB2 which didn't become standard until 96
@0311catfish yeah I i was mistaken the gas rams got computers in 88 my 88 ramcharger 318 has a computer but the diesel rams didn’t have computers until 92
