This game deserves a 200 page lore book, even if it's never turned into a ttrpg.

Art style reminds me of a manga called DOROHEDORO
Creator made 'Kill Ten Million Demons' and did art for "Lancer' if you want to see more of their art style.
If you look into the major houses Faction section, look at CARCASS and its soundtrack. Dorohedoro is named there
