Legend was the first fragrance that started my collection. Smells like fierce by AC&F and all women of all ages love it. It’s not juvenile at all.

This will be my 3rd winter that I’m going to stick with Gentleman EDP. I’ve tried so many and still own them, but for me it’s the best designer seasonal fragrance. Also, it’s not a commonly used scent, so it works for me as a signature scent. I will give this one a smell, but I highly doubt it will change my mind. Great video as always. Thank you!
Just getting this EDP tomorrow through a local discount store as a nice, casual Spring/Summer grab & go. Definitely preferred it to the EDT, but that's a fairly general/safe bet with me.
I have never owned Montblanc fragrance so I'm not familiar but when I was shopping around fragrance store for some new fragrance to add to my collection. My eyes landed on this, mainly cause of bottle at first then when I smelled it, it was intense yet not in your face. Very versatile. Dry down is very leathery and musk which I like. Got it. Now it's one of my go to. Gotten a lot of compliments on it ☺️
It never fails! When I wear MBL EDT I get compliments. I need to check this out especially since it’s a more grown up version

I prefer the EDT.
My favorite was Legend Intense. I got tons of compliments. I have a little 0.25 spray that I'm trying to hang on to as long as possible. I haven't sprung for the bottles I see on some discounters because I'm not sure if it'd be a fake or not. If it I knew it to be genuine, I'd pay the $75.
I have worn this fragrance for years! Every time I wear this out I get 5 people ask me what I’m wearing and that it smells amazing! Love this fragrance. Great video!

I had the Legend intense and that was actually my favorite from all the mont blanc fragrances I bought. I haven't smelled the legend fragrance but the parfum version smells to me like the intense version, which I like very much because fierce is my favorite fragrance and they smell alilke. Great video.
Legend intense is also my favourite, don't know why they discontinued it. Do you think Legend eau de parfum is better or matches it?

Huge fan of Legend Spirit, especially in the high heat. Used it as my signature right before getting into the fragrance scene.
I hate the citrus notes in legend spirit it smells like bleach

I wear 2 edt. Black xs and mont blanc legend and I always get the components. I love them so I'll stick with them.
Just got it. Love it.
When I got the EDT I thought it was just an ok fragrance. Then I started getting those compliments... and overtime it became one of my favs versatile scents, that so I even enjoy spraying it before going to sleep. If the EDP is an improved version of the original, then it’s going to be really hard to wait ‘til it hits discounters.

Hey ASh, I have a video request. Can you make a video on perfume categories and sub categories and examples and how to choose what perfume we like when we enter a store? I ask you as no one can describe the smell better than you on internet and has a better knowledge and explain them so clearly. Thank you!
Just go to a store, smell a bunch of fragrances, don't buy anything, and go home and watch videos/read fragrantica about the fragrances to learn what you like and don't like.
@@deathtoallbuttmetal8148 yes but you can't smell the whole store I mean you can be overwhelmed by so many. And the sellers don't want you to stay there all day to try scents. But also you can't test from the tester strips, and what you think yiu like is just the opening.
That is the video request, the knowledge on knowing how to be oriented to the scents you might like.
If I do like Y I know what category it fits, I will look to bdc or dylan, I won't check for Armani code let's say or stronger with you if it makes sense.
I like this way more than the edt and I'm a huge fan .
I have gotten by far the most compliments wearing this cologne (out of this, Acqua Di Gio Profumo, Invictus Aqua, and Jimmy Man Choo), and it also happens to be my favorite as well. GREAT scent.
Hey Kevin , have you tried legend nights ? Just curious if you did how would you compare them ? The only ones if tried from this line are legend spirit and legend nights and I love them both .

Terre d'Hermès edt ,sauvage edt,la nuit de l'homme edt IS better than edp!!!!!!!! For me .
Legend EDP is the best for a more mature scent, I do like other Mont Blanc’s such as Emblem intense and I really like Explorer, not as loud as CDNIM and a much better opening. But the new Star-walker Intense is real awesome and was lucky to find it at Ross, a true hidden gem.

@@KerryFairbanks Not really blind buy safe, but it is cheap, so no harm in trying. It has zero in common with the original Starwalker, which I love. Intense is kind of a muddy tonka bean dominated fragrance. It's hard to pick anything else out. I use Starwalker weekly, but the Intense I never cared to wear again after my first try.

Picked up the EDT a few weeks ago. Love the fruity red apple vibe. Only issue is I can't really make out any other notes.
I’ve also tried EDP version before this..frankly speaking for me EDT is better than EDP..edt more long lasting than edp..trust me..
RL Polo Deep Blue EDP too, which I like.
One I have yet to traverse the full infatuation road you suggest often follows is MB Explorer...

I could spray an entire bottle of any type of Montblanc or Polo and I can't smell a thing for more than 10 seconds to bad because this and Polo Red smell amazing.
Yeah I’m experiencing that happening right now. Brought a brand new bottle cause I enjoyed it in the store and literally put it on and seconds later either my nose has gone blind to the smell or Im losing my mind cause there’s nothing there.
I haven’t seen a lot of people talking about Atkinsons fragrances. I would really love it if you would dive into this house!
@Jean Valjean Yes I have the Oud save the king and its amazing! His majesty the oud is also pretty great but I'd say its a little more polarizing. I would just love seeing him talk about the house and its fragrances.

I have to disagree, maybe because I’m younger but I ordered eau de parfum and returned it for de toilette. De parfum is usually bolder and more intense, however Legend didn’t do that for me this time

Have you tried Avercrombie & Fitch Fierce intense? It’s Fierce 150% more concentrated, you should do a review of all 4
Fierce Intense isn't really that intense and it definitely isn't worth the money. I'd rather get Dua #Fierce or Montblanc Legend.

I've had this for a month now and I like it, but to be honest I prefer the smell of Legend EDT. The EDT smells more like Fierce (which I love). This doesn't smell like Fierce at all especially in the drydown

DUA Fragrances makes a version of Legend Intense that's nice. Real compliment getter. They call it Ferocious Legend. I think it's a $33 bottle for the 36ml/1.2oz.

Ive heard Mont blanc Legend is similar to De Marley. Is this true ?
I just got it for my birthday from my sweet new girlfriend which means she's a keeper.....Dior Sauvage kills it on performance and insensitivity. Paco Raban Million smells just like this one but fruiter. More grapefruit to it. They smell pretty alike. This one is more mature. Best summer cologne is Versace Euros by far. Got Kenneth Cole Black a month ago. I love it. She does not. Lol. Kenneth Cole reaction is the next one. Get that one guys for your first date etc. I promise it's the best.

How long does a 100ml of MBL last? Do the scent of EDT version spreads over the time or does it only stay on your skin/clothes?
1 ml = 8 sprays. 100 ml = 800 sprays. Lets say you spray 5 times in a day, meaning to finish 100 ml ➡️ 800/5 = 160 days or 5 months. So, 100 ml of montblanc will last you 5 or 6 months.

Bvlgari man glacial essence-fresh laundry in an expensive hotel. Not super long lasting 3 hours to skin scent but it’s a edp.

Late reply I know but tbh legend spirit from this same line is a great scent for what you're looking for, and rasasi hawas is a better performing louder version of that. Hawas is a little more expensive and tbh I prefer the smell of spirit. My roommate doesn't like a lot of the more complex fragrances I have, especially the sweet ones but when I started wearing legend spirit was the first time she reacted in a really positive way and asked what I was wearing. Great people pleasing scent.

I’ve worn Legend EDT for years. While the dna is there in the parfume, the dry down reminds me of JV / NJ Crimson
It is better than the EDT. Projection is around 5 to 6 hours. Sillage is also better than EDT, but still figuring out how much. I could still smell it as a light skin scent 10 hours after initial spray. Gone off skin the next day. I was hoping it would be exactly like the EDT but longer lasting, but the dna after dry down is different (albeit close). It’s enough of a departure that I would test before buying, or wait for it to hit discounters. However, if you like dry down of Crimson, you’ll like it.

How much 100ml
This fragrance is a business daily cologne. The legend Spirit is a Lady Killer! Every time I ware it it stops Ladies in their tracks. It only last about 4 hours so you need to replenish!
I wear it to the gym. Always get compliments.
Sillage and durability of edt?
It lasts for 3 to 4 hrs and projection is moderate, it's a great perfume in my opinion
Legend EDP has that barbershop smell to it, no?

This is incredibly similar (90%) to Ducati's Trace Me. It goes to 100% the same when it dries down.
Ducati's Trace Me is a 20$ (rand equivalent) that I got 7 years ago and kept the bottle because it's discontinued. It was the first proper fragrance I ever bought.
Disappointed I have to pay $80 (rand equivalent) for this.
Eau de parfum has a heavier aroma and is not at all similar to the version of eau de toilette
