It’s great that you have your own land. I have seen many tiny homes and most of the time the people are paying lot rent that’s any where from $400 to $700 a month for a lot. That’s crazy.
There are a lot of cool things about this home and property. One of my favorites is something I haven't seen anywhere else - the compactable clothes rack hidden in the wall of the bathroom. What a great customized home :)

What a great video. I found it very inspiring as I've often considered doing something similar to gain more financial independence and not have a mortgage anymore. The tiny house itself was very nicely done and seemed very reasonably priced for the size and features. The kitchen blew me away! I don't remember if she stated what the shed/gym cost her??? Way to go Stacie for making things happen for yourself and taking control of your own financial freedom!
❤love your tiny house it's gorgeous and love your floor plan especially because your toilet is away from kitchen as I realy don't need like when it's right next to kitchen I would have to have major bedroom down stairs due severe spinal surgery I had to have from T10 to L1 that's the only thing I'd need i also like everything in it's place with no clutter and you have you're house spotless without anything out of place ..God bless you on your travel and have an amazing fun happy life 🙏
So amazing to watch and help so many people's dreams come true in Real Estate. Stacie came to me with a vision and I would say that we definitely modified that vision a little. In the end Stacie got what she was after and in the process, she learned a ton about land development and how to work with the municipal. We looked at land for a couple of days and then finished it off with almost 3 weeks of research before placing her offer. Her vision was still captured, and her furry friends are as happy as can be. Looking forward to see how this amazing woman keeps pushing boundaries with her brilliant ideas and hard work.

Water is truly a concern and may I suggest rain water collection with two or even three very large collectors -- they are an excellent investment for a lifetime. Wishing Stacie the very best going forward-- she is very clear about money and it did not escape me that she is reading Your Money or Your Life....excellent book!
Then go underground storage next build...concrete pad for tiny home BUT BUILT LIKE A PONTOON BOAT WITH HOLLOW TANKS UNDER RIBS. THEN ROUTE GREY WATER TO ANOTHER TANK. Check out recycling grey water to flush toilet.

"Your Money or Your Life" - excellent book about transforming your relationship with money. Everybody should read it and do the exercises! Stacie clearly is well organized and has a plan. The only thing that would deter me as a renter is I don't like overhead lights, and I read before bed every night... the lights over the beds are poorly placed for this. You'd have the light on your face, not on your book. Otherwise, a really nice design, love the 10' width. I think this will be a successful venture for Stacie, and wish her the very best!

When she talked about growing up poor with little food and hardly any treats it spoke of my own childhood with a single mother who had mental health as well as physical health issues. School became my avenue out of poverty as well. I also went to university and obtained a well paying job in a hospital: a job I loved beyond the financial recompense. I too worried about being poor again and without food so I also stored a lot of extra food which amused my daughter whom I made sure never grew up in poverty. I too became a single mom and made sure that my daughter always had a good, safe home which I eventually owned outright. It is interesting the similar affects poverty can have on people with a determination to escape its grip. I admire Stacie's determination to plow her own path in life. I have no doubt that she will succeed with all of her plans. Plus her 2 rescue pups are absolutely adorable. You can tell just how happy they are with her when you watch them play in the snow, then seeing them cuddle with her on the couch. I wish you all the best in your life ahead.

The kitchen is one of the nicest I've seen in a tiny home. With the addition of a propane refrigerator, solar panels, and composting toilet, the tiny home could be fully off-grid. While it is nice to share with others, I wouldn't rent out this property.

This has to be one of the most epic setups I've seen so far re tiny living property and spaces. I love the backstory as well. Hard work, creativity and seizing the day 💪..re making money during a time when the world was closed and people were getting restless re travel. Is the property near a town and other people? I was about to click on this vid when a "short" started playing - of a young woman crying (actually) about how awful it is, working 40 hrs-a-week at a meaningless job, barely able to make rent on a small apartment. And then I watch this. What a contrast. This young woman is tough & resilient; gracious & classy. By her own description, she came from very little yet worked diligently, re-investing her earnings to build wealth, peace-of-mind, and her own safety net. Contrast that with the goals of many other young folks, spending untold thousands on lavish weddings, designer handbags, and perfect Pottery Barn decor in a twice-mortgaged house. The home itself is lovely - and so are the furry roommates! I'm not a huge fan of low lofts, though I appreciate the sturdy stairs (to both lofts) and the standing space from which to launch oneself into bed. The bathroom is one of the biggest & best "tiny" designs I've seen - the compact drying rack that folds-out is genius. Overall, a singluar home for a singular soul, proof-positive that we can be both practical & playful; adventurous & wise. And that, as Tolkein famously said? "Not all those who wander are lost."

Water is truly a concern and may I suggest rain water collection with two or even three very large collectors -- they are an excellent investment for a lifetime. Then go underground storage next build...concrete pad for tiny home BUT BUILT LIKE A PONTOON BOAT WITH HOLLOW TANKS UNDER RIBS. THEN ROUTE GREY WATER TO ANOTHER TANK. Check out recycling grey water to flush toilet.

"Your Money or Your Life" - excellent book about transforming your relationship with money. Everybody should read it and do the exercises! Stacie clearly is well organized and has a plan. The only thing that would deter me as a renter is I don't like overhead lights, and I read before bed every night... the lights over the beds are poorly placed for this. You'd have the light on your face, not on your book. Otherwise, a really nice design, love the 10' width. I think this will be a successful venture for Stacie, and wish her the very best!
Thank you! 💚 In the master bedroom I have a separate light that is in the corner of the room just for that and it is Alexa integrated so all you have to do is say "Alexa, turn the bedroom light off" when you're ready to sleep!

Beautiful home & property.
When she talked about growing up poor with little food and hardly any treats it spoke of my own childhood with a single mother who had mental health as well as physical health issues. School became my avenue out of poverty as well. I also went to university and obtained a well paying job in a hospital: a job I loved beyond the financial recompense. I too worried about being poor again and without food so I also stored a lot of extra food which amused my daughter whom I made sure never grew up in poverty. I too became a single mom and made sure that my daughter always had a good, safe home which I eventually owned outright. It is interesting the similar affects poverty can have on people with a determination to escape its grip. I admire Stacie's determination to plow her own path in life. I have no doubt that she will succeed with all of her plans. Plus her 2 rescue pups are absolutely adorable. You can tell just how happy they are with her when you watch them play in the snow, then seeing them cuddle with her on the couch.

The kitchen is one of the nicest I've seen in a tiny home. With the addition of a propane refrigerator, solar panels, and composting toilet, the tiny home could be fully off-grid. While it is nice to share with others, I wouldn't rent out this property.

This has to be one of the most epic setups I've seen so far re tiny living property and spaces. I love the backstory as well. Hard work, creativity and seizing the day 💪..re making money during a time when the world was closed and people were getting restless re travel. Is the property near a town and other people? It would be great to have enough space to enjoy the serenity and peace.. yet close enough to a town within 20 / 30 mins or so. Any concerns re 🐻? lol

I was about to click on this vid when a "short" started playing - of a young woman crying (actually) about how awful it is, working 40 hrs-a-week at a meaningless job, barely able to make rent on a small apartment. And then I watch this. What a contrast.
This young woman is tough & resilient; gracious & classy. By her own description, she came from very little yet worked diligently, re-investing her earnings to build wealth, peace-of-mind, and her own safety net. Contrast that with the goals of many other young folks, spending untold thousands on lavish weddings, designer handbags, and perfect Pottery Barn decor in a twice-mortgaged house.
The home itself is lovely - and so are the furry roommates! I'm not a huge fan of low lofts, though I appreciate the sturdy stairs (to both lofts) and the standing space from which to launch oneself into bed. The bathroom is one of the biggest & best "tiny" designs I've seen - the compact drying rack that folds-out is genius.
Overall, a singluar home for a singular soul, proof-positive that we can be both practical & playful; adventurous & wise. And that, as Tolkein famously said? "Not all those who wander are lost."
