    I had been using small amounts of that medical-grade silicone you use for earplugs. This is much better. Again, great stuff Sully, thanks!

    So my sam winchester head came in today and i am trying to put on the body want do i do to make it stay on

    • @blackopstoys
      @blackopstoys  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would recommend pulling the insert putting that on the neck peg first if you have a body. Then slide the head onto the insert.

    Is it easy to remove it though? And how without damaging the figure.

      My secret is stick it in the fridge. Once it’s at a cooled temp it comes off easy.

    Have any tips on hiding exposed joints on figures? i.e.Foot joints, Hand joints?

    • @blackopstoys
      @blackopstoys  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shirts, elbow and knee pads, huge watches and sweat bands. Clothing really ;0) There is no real way that I have found to hide an exposed joint and make it look seamless. If your going for that look then your better off purchasing a body with rubber skin over the joints already.

    What do you do in the case of the shoulder blade “connection”? Case in point I’ve got the Spectre commander body and the pivoting connection is extremely loose (the arm swings forward and back very easily).

    • @blackopstoys
      @blackopstoys  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pretty much the same thing with the putty. Those arms shouldn't be removable so it's really just finding the best spot to stuff a little putty into.

    • @marottamonster
      @marottamonster 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      blackopstoys unfortunately the arm snapped off at the collarbone area by the screw cap(where the hidden screw) is/was

    Goes for another tip/trick im having issues with. The peltors attaching to the rails on the helmet. No matter how I try to work them onto the rails, they never stay and just fall off. Any tips? Thank you!!

    • @blackopstoys
      @blackopstoys  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You ever used glue dots before? They work like glue but aren't permanent. I recommend a smaller size. Smaller the better ;) but not too small.
