Rookwood also participated in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries. Rookwood was the one that killed Fred Weasley by causing that explosion during the Battle of Hogwarts.
Speaking of Rockwood, there’s a part where Percy called Rockwood and chased after him. He was never seen again. Either Aberforth found him anf took him out or Percy chased the man into oblivion

I disagree on Augustus Rookwood. The man gave valuable information to Voldemort when he worked in the ministry and he was the killer of Fred. So these two things say that he wasn't useless. I wish you would do a video with almost the same title changing one word weakest-strongest.

Moody killed rosier because he refused to surrender and chose to fight and in any case he managed to take a piece of moody’s face off before being killed by moody and other aurors. I wouldn’t quite call him incompetent.

I agree that the Death Eaters would be scary, but they are grossly outnumbered so many times. Like the Quidditch World Cup, for example. 6 of them had 100,000 wizards in a tizzy, and were busy torturing muggles. The crowd could have cursed them into specks so small they'd never be found.
I think Lucius Malfoy should be on the list. The mission he was in charge of ended in desaster and he never defeated or harmed anyone in a duel that we know of. I would argue that Rosier who injured Moody before being killed caused more harm.
SuperCarlinBros put out a video years ago on why they thought Malfoy was the worst Death Eater. He screwed up with both the diary and the mission to get the Prophecy!

I am curious because the movies and the fanfics that I have read make it seem like he had at least 2 to 400 but other fanfics make it seem like the entire Wizarding world has 10000 witches and wizards in all of Great Britain and a million or 2 people worlwide. Plus, some stories inflate the army of Dark Creatures to several hundred. I didn't think Voldemort had that many resourses to call upon or he would have won more certainly and quickly no matter what.

If you consider the kids (at least the latter classes) and the parents,and the parents friends and relatives that would be willing to fight, and the teachers and the order of the phoenix and other wizards that would be willing to fight against the death eaters i think they could easily match that number. You might be exaggerating on the total number of Wizards and witches though. Pretty sure Hogwarts is the only wizarding school in UK so that should be reflective of the population there. The dark creatures are a different Issue, pretty sure many of them were at least partially countered by the statues but they also ended up Attacking both sides because they hated death eaters
Most of the people might disagree on my point here but....many death eaters had just joined voldemort because of their family connections and then there were some like Severus snape and Antonin dolohov who had actual decent talent of magic in them. We didn’t see any of the death eaters fighting in the first wizarding war and the first wizarding war had voldemort physically leading his raids and attacking the wizarding world and those who defied him, after voldemort’s downfall many of his followers went to azkaban and were quite weak till the time they came of the prison in 1996, the ones who payed their way out of azkaban were pretty much dormant in terms of having a proper duel for 15 years and were out of touch. That’s maybe why 75% of the death eater population were not that adept and competent in dueling. We didn’t see most of the death eaters at their worst.
I agree on the general point however there's a 2 year gap between the end of Goblet of fire and Deathly Hallows. In those 2 years i believe a lot of death eaters found their form back and where as strong if not stronger than in their primes like Bellatrix, Barty and Snape are included in this category while others like Lucius had completely lost their spine

The Ministery concluded from what they found that Sirius had caused the explosion and that it had killed Pettigrew and the muggles. It was this explosion that made the wizarding world believe that Sirius was unusally powerful even for a death eater. Since it was in reality Peter who caused the explosion, he must have been powerful, so I can understand why he was not on this list.
I don't agree with the points on Augustus Rookwood but here is the thing: JK Rowling did not flesh any of these people out properly. They didn't get time to show their own skills; they were just used as basic villains essentially. Only Bella, Tom Riddle and a few others got that and even then, not enough. These Death Eaters were made weak by their own writer.

lucius almost got dumbledore expelled from hogwarts in the second book by convincing a lot of governors. also , he ruthlessly tried to kill buckbeak for attacking his son . so lucius is the type of person who has a lot of connections and authority . the moment his life became downhill was when voldemort used his son as a bait for executing dumbledore.

Uuhhhh...Crabbe Sr. never cast an AK on Hermoine. That was Crabbe Jr in book 7. Crabbe Sr was only referenced in the graveyard scene in GoF.
