Your first diamond painting video was the one of the first ones I watched when I was researching diamond painting. And now I have like 15 Diamond art club canvases. 😂it’s funny you just got your first one. The quality is definitely up there. I recommend sectioning off and rolling up the section you are not doing so you don’t get overwhelmed.

I agree. I would work in sections to keep the other parts of the canvas clean and you feel like you really accomplish something working in sections especially on such a large painting and SQUARE. She's braver than me! 😆

DAC usually also sends a Placer to use at the end of the funnel, a heart container for the heart wax, and two magnets. And every now and then washi tape (about 5 out of 20 DACs I've gotten. This is officially my favorite company to get DPs from. Grats on taking the plunge on one of the best companies.
I saw this video when you released it years ago, and I 100% BLAME YOU for the current predicament of my diamond painting stash. I bought the biggest kit they had at the time just for the heck of it, because I saw how much fun you had unboxing it. Well, as we all know, once you start buying DAC there is no going back. (I'd been buying cheap-o's for years before)
Yeah I started with Diamond Art Club for my first ever diamond painting… don’t do it if you are new to DP. It will ruin everything that comes after it if it’s not Diamond Art club. My second was from Amazon and I couldn’t even finish it I was so frustrated with the quality lol. Loved this video! You had me cracking up!
The biggest Dimand Art Club I've done is Minion Love (discontinued unfortunately), but it was 186x51cm! Loved every second of it, too lol. Hope you have just as much fun as I did on your new painting. Also, welcome to the DAC addiction 🤣
@@LarissaRivera it only took about 3 1/2 months! I worked on it while working (call center) so I was able to put like 6 hours a day in a lot of the time, too, lol.

Cute video! FYI, if you didn’t see, DAC has a separate category for “Coming Soon” which has DP that are out of stock or for Pre-order. I think the biggest canvas is Firefly Fireworks. It is 51 cm x 170 cm (20” x 67”). That’s 5 ft 7 in tall! 😳

DAC is good but not as good as people hype them too be. Be wary of the symbols. They always have similar colors have similar symbols. Like a chevron and a C right next too each other on the code with the same color scheme.

The clear covers have a right side & a wrong side. You can't see it. Be sure to mark which side goes on the sticky part of your canvas. If you put the wrong side down you may not get it off. I don't reuse the clear ones. I just use it to put between finished painting. Now the heavy white covers you can reuse.

I use a piece of thinnest panel board the same size as the canvas. I use duct tape to hold it to the board. A good masking tape might be better.

The darker the wax the more fresh it is. If you can see through the wax that means it’s not good
