I saw a Hermes bag for the first time this weekend in the airport. I don’t know if I just expected it to have a halo glow with angels singing or what but I was like… that’s it…? Where is the magic? It looked like a normal bag in my closet. Same “meh” feeling when I held a Chanel bag for the first time. 😂😂😂
Hi! Because it’s just a piece of leather that carries things, lol. Yes it’s good quality leather and made well but just like Coach and Dooney and several other contemporary brands. I don’t hear much about quality issues with Hermès but I hear plenty about quality issues with Chanel bags. TFW😊
Exactly they’re just bags good quality leather bags they’re not worth the price that people charge but that’s what you pay. If you love the brand and the heritage that’s the price you pay to be fashionable I guess lol I’m getting my first Kelly soon I don’t think I’ll buy a lot of Hermès but I at least want one or two.❤ but yeah I’m over Chanel. I have one bag left trying to sell now.
Love it, Cami!!! The letters are proportional to the size of the bag, it’s definitely lined up right. And, it’s got the factory tag and stuffing, so you know it’s real. I love the shade of this bag, such a beauty. You will love this for work! I love that the bag is leather but still lightweight.

Marc Jacobs has an army green color that I am feeling after seeing so many of you with them. I think I might have to get me one now lol I am on my Hermès journey trying to finalize a bag getting authentication done by two different authenticators because it is a preloved getting it from a auction house that I have had good results with in the past so I trust them but yes Kami, you have such good taste. I love all your bags. I don’t care what brand they are.
I love the color and leather on the MJ totes. I have 4 of them and my favorite is my large denim patchwork tote. There is no crossbody strap on the large and you just sling it over the shoulder. I’m actually thinking of getting the large canvas in the beige. I have the mini leather in pink, the small canvas in blue and the micro in shearling fuzzy pink. Minks4all just revealed the micro leather in the same color as yours cotton and it was soooo cute. Enjoy your new tote! Tfs

I used to love mulberry, but their quality has bombed whilst their prices have soared. They don’t create anything of the quality of my older mulberry bags anymore ( their style isn’t distinctly mulberry anymore either). I think coach bags are beautiful quality but here in the UK their prices are getting beyond me new as well. My daughter has been ‘using (and abusing!) a beautiful leather MK backpack for 5 yrs- it still looks new despite being tossed into the footwell of her car most days. So much of the luxury ‘ thing’ centres around the brand name. I remember how excited I was just to own a second hand Kate Spade wallet. I’m now over it. I have so many bags (too many) I never need another but we all know it isn’t about need 😬
I{m not a fan of MK or MJ but I do love me a Dooney and Coach. Not really into luxury (term is relative) items further than the previously mentioned. I think there is a resurgence of people going back to the quality, classic, and more importantly economical brands. Love this new trend and hope it continues!

Very pretty. I had a small one in Argon Oil I never used it and sold to Fashionphile. Although I really like the leather and their colors, the tote bag was just to loud for me. If it didn't have the large letters on it I would definitely buy another one. But yours looks perfect for work.
Hi and thank you! The Argon is very pretty. I just noticed that Fashionphile buys and sells Marc Jacobs. I thought they only dealt with luxury brands. I like the color I purchased and the fact that the letters aren’t that obvious, however just like luxury brands, some brands sprawl their name all over the bags and that’s what gets it sold so I think that characteristic of the MJ tote is what gets it sold. Beautiful bag Cami. I bought a Marc Jacob's the tote bag off of ebay as new with labels etc! When i received it it was so obviously fake and so i sent it back and got s full refund, the person concerned though was adamant that it was genuine but I beg to differ! Love your accent. ♥️

Hi, yes it’s a keeper. At first I thought the letters were off and even though I purchased it from Neiman Marcus, I got nervous about the bags authenticity. A lot if people said the letters are fine. It also didn’t have a very leather like smell, but again it probably just needed to air out. TFW🙏🏼💕😊
