    Good information brother, I suggest to include one more point that cash loan is also available to a certain percent of credit card limits, sometimes even it’s at 0% interest-rate with some processing fee of around 2.5%. Moreover one card can be used to pay another card dues with minimum interest-rate even at 0%sometimes, And that payment can be paid in installments too..😊

    • @WaliKhan_2k

      Yes, but I wont recommend using such options - I will never do anything which requires me to pay interest specially on credit cards :)

      I thought to include this information but details are changing very quickly - To give you some examples:
      - Used Samba bank credit card for last 3-4 years for cashback on school fees but this year they didn't offer, so used another card for that.
      - Samba card used to give good cash back on groceries too but now its been acquired by CBD, and I am yet to see the actual terms.
      - I started using Dubai First - which is same as FAB and it was awesome for school fees as it was not having any minimum limit for spend and gives 5% for all online / school spend + grocery, but recently they changed their terms and now only giving 6% on grocery, which is still good but removed school fee cashback.
      - Similarly, there are many options that come and go - I was thinking to mention this in stories of TH-cam so people who follow me can know what's going on :-)

    Wali bhai credit history ka Pakistan main to idea nahin. But yaahn credit card ho or ap loan lo to card ki limit hi deduct hojati hay EMI calculate karte waqt. Hence loan amount hi reduce hojata hay.

    • @WaliKhan_2k
      @WaliKhan_2k  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, but the credit card limit is not entirely deducted - they only deduct 5% of the credit limit. So if you have a combined credit limit of 100K AED, then your limit to be offset is 5K AED from the loan you are applying for.

      Depends on a lot of factors and your family size and spend. Check the credit cards from Dubai first and Emirates Islamic bank. For now I can think of these but depends a lot on your spending habits.
      Both cards might come with annual charges but free for first year - so use for first year and only renew in case you are happy with them.
