Orange Cake
¼ Lb. flour
¼ lb. sugar
½ tsp baking powder
¼ lb. margarine or unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange rind
½ tsp grated nutmeg
Chai
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Tea
Milk & sugar (Optional)

The chai is an excellent compliment to the cake. You have made it beautifully. The milky consistency of the chai with the aroma of the Elaichi and cinnamon infused is heavenly.
