You start with that Cocteau Twins/Slowdive style tone that only comes out of your left earbud/headphone/speaker and it's not especially bright, and then afterwards it gets doubled in the right side at about two o'clock in the stereo field with the same chords, but with a much brighter guitar tone. It's absolute genius on the producer's part. And, that's part of why the song has such a dreamy effect to it. You're being surrounded by the guitars kind of like someone cuddling you for 5 min and 5 sec Lol.
