Soft and smooth like a Rijoa wine. I play traditional flute and the alto flute but the bass flute is certainly awesome.

You have a beautiful and gentle tone. I'm choosing a bass flute now (online, as they are not available locally), and I wonder if you can also produce a harder buzzing low tone, and staccato espcially in the lower octave on the DiZhao.

It is a bass flute by the great maker Di Zhao. The mic wasn't that well positioned and the flute sound in the video doesn't make justice to Di Zhao's instrument. Best reagrds,
