The funniest thing about Hyundai electric vehicles is that 2 of the 3 local dealerships to me don't work on electric vehicles and the one that does always says they're "6 months backup on appointments"
The issue with the EV millage ratings is they are misleading. Sure, it can get 300+ miles on paper, but how many miles does it get with 6 passengers, with luggage in 40°F - 0°F temperatures in mixed city/highway driving.
For the RWD version, EPA range is estimated 335 miles. I would guess something around 250-270 for mixed driving in the conditions you describe for that one, probably around 250 for an AWD version. At higher temps, the RWD version would probably be able to do its 335 miles in mixed driving easily. EPA range tends to be quite accurate unless you go on pure highway driving. Though some EVs have still been able to get quite close to their EPA rating at highway speeds, especially GM's Ultium vehicles.
@@MarshMellow-sh1ol there is not a single serious test out there where an EV rated for 300+ miles EPA won't be able to do even 100 miles at highway speeds. At worst it will be in the lower 200s, but more realistically between 230-260.
