- Dhulikhel is a Newari town with about 10,000 people on the east edges of Kathmandu Valley in Nepal. With stunning views of the valleys, it is one of the towns on the Kathmandu Valley Cultural Trail and is a small town which can easily be explored on foot.I spent under 24 hours exploring Dhulikhel. I did the Kopasi- Balthali- Namobuddha-Dhulikhel trek with Wanderlust Himalaya Adventures. It’s one of the best hikes near Kathmandu and it was such an awesome day of trekking in Nepal.
I did a shout out to my friend Nabaraj, who runs his own trekking and tour company. He gave me a customized tour so I could film the valley and village life- This trek surpassed my wildest expectations and you’ll see why.

Also, still have a place to visit on my bucket list, Hawaii, visit my long lost family that I have not met yet. I went on a First Nations Canoe journey from Vancouver/CA down to Nisqually, south of Tacoma Washington and ended up seeing some family from Hawaii, was so epic and wish to one day see them again, however fly there instead of canoe ;-) Anyhow, watching your videos inspire me to see the world and open up more options for myself to explore. grrrrr :)

Dhulikhel wow just reminded my weekend days as it used to be my favourite and perfect spot to escape from city , dirt, pollution back then bcoz i m far away from my home country now.

There is good birding around there. A great place to stay post trek to relax your feet and enjoy forest. Nagarkot is also very nice. Yoga is good there and relaxing and reading.
