how could you dislike this? The amount of effort he puts in his videos is awesome! :D
Thanks a lot :)
good idea brothers
It is very easy and simple
goodtech your the best robotic engineer
Thanks a lot :)
For making great video
thanks for telling me materials
Very cool. I’m going to give this a shot, but maybe with a little more power, bigger motors and some weight on the mop end for stability. I love this! Great video, thanks.
Thanks..I am glad you like it..:)
very good video
great job boy you made it
Thanks a lot :)
It's nice
very super
so good I like it so mulch
Thanks a lot :)
You are amazing bro
wow, good idea 😍
So cute !!
This one is good for projects
Thanks
that's so cool!
This is Awesome! But im really searching for a floor cleaning robot that doesn't uses machines. I just don't get machines and don't wanna buy one, Simple and great idea tho! :)
nice projects very awesome and keep it up
Thanks a lot :)
Thank's bro good one
so good I like it so much
which brush are you used
Nice
Thanx a lot
You are welcome :)
Omg I want to make it!!!
but I'm a beginner, may you explain better the electronic part?
I love your creations
Thanks for appreciating my work :)
The electronic part is quite simple. All you need is to connect two DC motors with two DPDT switches or four two way switches(as can be seen in the video).
A pair of two way switch is connected together in order to perform bi-directional motion for each motor.
There is a link to schematic in video description. Have a look at it carefully and you might easily understand the connections.
the video was cool
super
And for joining wires with switches you used hot soldering iron na?
The hole making iron and this are same or different?
It is a same soldering iron. After making a hole, you may need to file the soldering iron bit to remove the burnt plastic over the bit.
How did u made remote control
Pls tell
You sound like sachin thendulker
dude can u please tell me what all things are used in this video and where do u got that motor from ???
For Robot:
Electrical cable raceway.
Two geared DC motors.
Two CD's.
Few meters of wire(four different color wires).
Circular cloth tied to CD.
For Remote:
A half cut PVC pipe.
Two DPDT switches or Four Two way switch.
A Battery.
All the items are easily available online on ebay and amazon.

good
nice
Mangesh Poojan gear motor remote 🎮 control 🛂 switches PVC pipe salting machine battery 🔋 holder
awesome idea!
Thank You :)
Can u plz say tht how does it work ?? How it move forwrd n backward like tht
As you can see, there are two motors each controlled independently by the pair of two way switches. The two way switches when combined together work like a DPDT switch to control the direction of motor.
With independent motor control, we can make all possible movements:
When both the motors are rotated in clockwise direction, the robot moves forward.
When both motors are rotated anti-clockwise, the robot moves backward.
When ony the left motor is rotated clockwise, then robot turns right.
When only right motor is rotated anti clockwise, then robot turns left.
However, instead of using a pair of two way switch to make DPDT switch, it is more convenient to use a commercially available DPDT switch.(as used in RC toys and car power windows.)
very nice
Thank You :)
Can you just help me with the machine you used for making holes in which you fixed the motor?
I used hot soldering iron to make holes.
first like and comment nice
+Ahmed Saleh Thank you..:)
+GOODTECH - Creativity and Science welcome :-)
we tried making your product . yes the motor and the CD does move but once it is placed down on the floor. The motor stops, what can I do to fix it??
There are two reasons for this, either the power supplied by the batteries you are using is not sufficient for the motors or the motors used in the project are not able to provide enough torque.
Try to increase the supplied power to the circuit and the motors might work well.
Plzz can you tell me one thing more that a simple DC toy motor can be used in place of this geared motors
Actually I havn't tried with normal DC motors, however i don't think that those motors will be able to provide sufficient torque for the device to move well. If you try it from normal toy DC motors, do share your experiences.
Amazing
Thanks a lot :)
where you buy that motor
Can i use any kind of DC geared motor? Even if it doesnt look like the one you've used in the video..would it still work??
And also, do i need to make that Li-Ion cell holder??what is it's purpose?
Yes, any geared DC motor can be used and there is no need to make the li-ion battery holder. Use the batteries according to the power requirements of your motor.
hey can you tell me what else switches can be used in place of toggle switches cause its so expensive
Well..you can also use DPDT switches also, that will give you much more control over the robot as you might have read in the video description.
However, these toggle switches are not costly, I bought them for Rs.10 each from a local shop.
I love your creation! But may I ask If i can make it without a geared dc motor? I only have a simple dc motor. Please notice me. Thank you!
Geared motors have higher torque.
very good
is it ok to use 9v battery to make the two dc gears motors work? thank you.
Yes, it will work well with a good quality 9v battery that can provide atleast 500mA of current.
can ya tell me wat can i use instead of dat soldering iron
cool bro.
amazing
Thanks
GJ BRO
Thanks :)
Where can I get those motor along with gears and those switch buttons from?
All the items are available online on ebay and amazon.
Plz reply fast its urgert ...coz m gonna make dis in my school science exibition
super no more words
Thanks :)
Can i ask what materials where used?? im planning to use this as our investigatory project ( i love your works!!) PLEASE!!! :3 thank you
For Robot:

+GOODTECH - Creativity and Science omg, thanks!!!🙌🙌🙌
I used a 6 connections switch
And 2 dc motors both without gears
keep it up
If
Thanks :)
Please give me the complete materials for this product.
my group is planning on doing this floor cleaner for our IP.
thank you very much😄😄😄
1. Electrical cable raceway
2. 2x DC motors(100 rpm each)
3. 2x CD's
4. Wiping cloth
5. Connecting wires
6. 2x DPDT switches (as used in RC toys) or 4x ON/ OFF switches
7. Half cut PVC pipe to mount the switches
8. Batteries as per the power specification of the motors used.
please tell me what I fix on CD. I fixed towel bt it is not working. tell me
A towel should work fine, but what problem are you facing?
If the CD is not able to rotate that is because the motor used is not able to provide enough torque or the power supplied to the motors is not enough.
Try replacing the batteries with efficient high current batteries like Duracell (or Li-Ion cells found in powerbanks & Laptop Batteries).
of how much ampere are the two motors?
or just attach a sponge to an rc car
Get rekt GOODTECH

One small question .. how do I wash that cloth attached to the cd ?
Btw awesome explanation man
It was designed more of as a prototype. For using it for practical purposes you can use elastic instead of thread and then can easily remove the cloth for washing.
GOODTECH - Creativity and Science thanks for replying .. I like the concept used here !! Elastic can surely help in this case. We can remove this part then as the direct surface cleaning the floor would be naturally getting dirty and grimy
good
Thanks :)
If we don't have soldering what should we do to attach the wire to the dc motor
You can just twist the wire around the motor connectors and secure the connection with glue.
where do u get these awsome ideas from?
from where we will get the pvc pipe and electrical cable raceway
can u tell more about the switches
These are simple two way switches connected in pairs to form a DPDT so as to be able to reverse the direction of motors.
Wat r d advantages of dus ??
nyccc
+Kartik Mahajan Thank You..:)
We can use simple moter
Yes, you can but it will not have enough required torque.
hi bro.nice idea..but what will you do if cloth is dirty
Thanks :)
Actually this is only for demonstration purposes but if you want to use it then instead of tying the cloth with a thread, use an elastic and then when the cloth gets dirty, it can be removed easily and washed.
+GOODTECH - Creativity and Science thanks a lot
happy.birthday
What kind of battery do u use
I use 3.7v 2000maH Lithium ion cells.
where can I get those motors which you have used.
I bought these motors from local market but these are also easily available online on ebay and amazon.
what things you have used please tell me
The materials needed are:
2x geared DC motor
Electrical cable raceway
2x CDs
Wiping cloth
Connecting wires
PVC pipe for remote control
Battery and a battery holder
4x Two way switches
can we use different type of switch?
In this i have used 4 two way switches, making 2 DPDT switches (i.e 2 two way switches to make 1 DPDT for creating bi-directional motion of 1 motor). Yes, different type of switches and their combinations can be used to create bi-directional motion of the motors. If possible, use two DPDT switches for simpler connections.
tell me about the power of the battery
2 1,5v AA, probably?!
can u please tell me what kind of motor did u use
I used 6v geared DC motors. These motors are easily available online on amazon and ebay, however you can use any geared DC motors that can be fixed in your design.
plzz can u tell me the schematic for adding led to it
Where do you want to add an LED and for what purpose??
How many LEDs you want to add??
good job but where we can by thar hot gule
It is available online on amazon.
can I use just ordinary dc motor?
Yes, you can use any DC motor but there may be chances that an ordinary DC motor might not be able to provide enough torque.
Where to buy the items??
Please give links
These are available online on ebay and amazon.
+GOODTECH - Creativity and Science link please because you have indian achent and i'm don't know what are you say
It will be quite difficult to search and then provide links for all the items. I can tell you what items were used in this project and then you can search them on the websites.

Can i use only 2 colors of wires only. And battery holder
Yes
Thank u very much 😊
please give the video without remote control
Can i used a battery holder instead of li ion cell holder
yes, just make sure the batteries you use are capable of providing sufficient power to the motors.
We made it for exhibition
is it easy to do
👍
what is the length of that raceway?
15 cm
where we will get the two way switches
These switches and electrical cable raceway are available on some electrical shops at much affordable price. The pvc pipe is available on hardware and sanitary shops.
all cool but - please FIST show what you are building - the result! And then start building...
I used to do that in my earlier videos but people advised differently and also one already sees the finished product in the thumbnail, then only clicks it to watch the tutorial video.
I dont know who these people where and how they explained why it must not be in the beginning, but they where wrong... to see the thing even for 2 seconds would really help.
Thats what I think at least. And I love these kind of videos, but yeah, dont really like the missing part of the full product in the beginning. Look around on other similar channels - some have it, some dont.
GOODTECH - Creativity and Science Can I use an ordinary dc motor?
N i wan to explain how it works n its uses also
This is just a raw prototype, to turn it into a useful product many upgrades are to be done.
First and most important is to use elastic instead of thread to fix the cloth. By using the elastic, the cloth can be easily removed.
Second will be to turn it into wireless control.
The third will be to connect a water dripping pipe over it, that can discharge water over the cloth at a slow rate.
By using the micro fiber cloth, it can be easily used to clean the moderately dirty floor of a room in single cleaning cycle of cloth.
where these type of motor are selling
6v geared DC motor.
what is the tools you used to make a remote control?
Please answer it
This is just a simple wired remote control made from DPDT switches, battery, general purpose PCB and wires. However, if you need additional details as well as material links, have a look at my instructables here - www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Remote-Controlled-Floor-Cleaning-Rob/
can someone list me all the materials because i dont understand what he said

I am sorry that you will unable to understand what i said, but i have also uploaded subtitles that you can turn on within the youtube player and i hope that might help better in understanding.
can u give me the name of the materials used

I want it on the robot
which means that when the robot goes forward the red LED will glow and when it move backwards the green LED will glow .
As can be seen in the schematic, since the motors are connected in "+ -" and "- +" configuration, all you need to do is connect a red LED in parallel to one motor and green LED in parallel to other motor. Now when you will make the robot move only one LED will glow at a time, but the direction of motor can only be known after testing practically.
Test it on your circuit and do leave a comment if it works or not.
Can I use a normal dc motor
No, a simple normal DC motor will not be able to provide enough torque. Only geared motors can provide sufficient torque.
What are you on?
