A couple things I suggest, if you carry heavy load, make sure the pressure are at the maximum inflection, for both the tubes and the keel, the joints of the side lock ins, if possible, the left and right side are not lining up side to side, in another words, that will reduce the chance of the floor boards bending at the places where the joints of the sides, I own a 13 foot ocean going heavy duty inflatable, the sides pieces come in different lengths, that way they will not line up at the same points when you install them, with keel pressure leak down might be part of the problem, I like boater modify their boats to try to be as comfy and useful , I have done a bunch of modifications before it hit the ocean, and keep changing and improving after every use to make the next trip more enjoyable, keep up the videos, thanks
OOF I have the HD430 and was just about to do the same thing had the amazon cart filled up with ideas and damn yeah def need to add in some supports...Awesome videos by the way Ive been searching for ideas and by far Im liking your set up the best thanks for all the informative videos! PLEASE keep it going!!!
Another fine video…. Note to self; check my struts. I had bought additional struts, thinking that two per side wasn’t enough on my HD430. I’ll be waiting for your video, I’ll probably do something simulator…. Thanks for posting!
@davehanna1557 I just found some coolers at Walmart... igloo marine 111... those fit just like the stand idea thinking 2 of those in the hd430 and add some snaps to the top to attach some cushions and maybe that'll avoid the pressure being in one spot and spread it out across the floor instead maybe avoid the bent floors 🤞🤞🤞
@@Dj.Siner_BPS_Exotics Sounds good, but you'll have to attach them to the floor some how, otherwise your passengers are gonna get tossed like a salad. LOL

How do you go right and left moving the motor looks like seat would block you ?
Do you think the heavy duty version of your SIB is worth it?
