    How did you start brother? What’s the first step you’d recommend to do what you do?

      I have a video specifically about how to start developing that I definitely recommend you watch-I’ll tag you in the comments there. But the short answer is, I started to build relationships with a builder and a few investor partners, got them on board and then started hunting for a deal to buy, knowing I had a builder who would help me get the budget right, and investors who would help me close the purchase. That’s the VERY short version.

    I appreciate what you do! Are your project manager and general contractor the same person!

      Thank you Frederick! I have some deals where I have a GC building for me, but on the one's that my company is building, I am the GC in that case, specifically meaning that I hold the license. My project manager helps run the job sites. Checks our sub-contractors' work, etc.
