How is this different from the compact rocker frame?
It’s a fixed rocker that you can’t customize but there it’s also super steady.

combat rocker 376g vs the Nova at 226g, wish i didn't just get the combat rocker ha!
Like negue wrote. It's a fixed rocker, but that keeps the weight down and improves stability. Where as the combat has a lot of moving parts which does compromise stiffness, but it has a lot of customizeability. If you know what you are looking for, the Nova is a good option. If you are experimenting with different setups, the combat is a good choice.
