The techniques are not only applicable to make you go fast but to help maneuver out of a sketchy situation like when requiring to make a tighter or under steer into a corner when for example someone with noise canceling headphones suddenly decided to cross at a blind corner where an emergency stop becomes less of an option for a rider who entered the corner at a speed that can overwhelm the brakes and balance of the bike. I say feel how the bike behaves in corners at different grip levels and surfaces at gradual speed increases to train instinct first then adapt the techniques here to improve where lacking. I wish to see the major motorbike brands in the Philippines advocate for rider education courses like the Motorcycle Safety Foundation does in the US. It's frustrating to encounter idiots on the road who don't have the most basic knowledge required to ride safely. Just a thought.

"IF" (emphasis on IF) we have very ease of access to this types of establishments (Circuits, Training schools etc.) around philippines, Illegal racing would be reduced significantly. I think the last time i went to a circuit (Calamba Circuit) Cost around 2000 pesos, for me, thats affordable to a degree, but for average rider, thats way too much for a 1 day ride.
