Lancer has been making translucent mags for almost 2 decades now and they function flawlessly! Great coverage of SS and keep making your own brand of awesome content cause it rocks.
@@chaoticcaninejb Like Hop said in his video, Lancers have exposed metal feed lips, which means they can be deformed and fuck up your mag in ways you might not immediately see. There's a reason pmags are the go-to these days.
That would be cool. I collect customs and I’d love to see others review production and anything related to knives. I have a ton of shorts on my channel, here, that are almost all customs, if you’re into it. But I’d get behind some knife reviews from tfbtv/james. And your username def checks out. The ritual is one that I still need to get - that’s size and the crazy design is so off/brand for crkt and I love it. I have a few Pilars and an avant that I adore for what they are. They’re a more manly North face or Columbia now. I am really interested in the shoes you mentioned and the blazer.
The felons, well I always assume knife guys are felons over at knife depot showed a ton of knives from shot show. Again hardcore knife guys are almost exclusively prohibited people.

I carried a Surefire Stiletto for about 2 years, but the plastic casing finally cracked. Frankly, I'm surprised it lasted that long with all the abuse it suffered...it was a fantastic EDC light. I now have the Stiletto Pro, all aluminum and it rocks even more. I can only imagine what a double-beam version can do... wow.
Seriously, I cant stress this enough. I'm so glad "they gave the nerds camera's" your content is probably the only firearm content I consume. Everywhere else feels like some agenda, just know we appreciate you.
Cold Steel redoing some of their custom classics in 20CV and carbon fiber scales. Also they are starting to use Magnacut in their Recon 1 series. Other than that Syderco is stepping up their steel game and of course TOPS and Condor have some nice new fixed blades.
My experience has been just the opposite. CS was great before but QC seems even better now and I'm seeing knives getting refreshes like improved texturing on the handle and refined tip profile on the AD10 year to year. @@theKashConnoisseur

There was something delightful about the high end mall ninja nature of Cold Steel prior to the sale that seems lost now. The company seems to be pivoting towards more of a mainstream knife company now.

I love my 5.11 boots. They are SUPER comfy, waterproof, my feet stay both warm in the winter and relatively cool in the summer. I have a few other items of theirs but the boots are a 100% winner.

I haven't been impressed with the new Cold Steel after Lynn Thompson sold the company. But the new Spyderco Salts in Magnacut are exciting, for sure.
