Well... I3 is a very very good cpu for 2023 ngl, but you can get a way much better cpu for just a couple of dollars more like I5-10400F, ryzen 5 5500 or ryzen 5 5600X and also get PCIE 4.0 for the RX 6600

Its most likely your ram, you should get another 8gb stick (make sure its the same exact one you alr have) and you should also enable xmp bc you are prob running your ram at 2166mhz and boosting it to its max (3200) would help out a lot
Hi, i have r5 2600 and rx 6600, but i have bottleneck or something like that.. when i play AC Valhalla my CPU 80% and my GPU is 50-30-80-70.. with shit frames of course. AVG 45fps. In PUBG the CPU is around 30-40%, GPU 60-70-80, the frames and the GPU usage are dropping when the map is loading. Is it bottlenecking or something is wrong? In Warzone on high settings, CPU 40%, GPU 70-80 but i dont have frames drops, the game is running good. The CPU cant handle the GPU or something is wrong?
For example in Valhalla MIN fps 14, AVG 45, MAX 110 in ultra settings, but its the same is low settings as well, and its drops all the way in the benchmark. I watched a lots of videos with R5 2600 and RX 6600 and it was smooth with the same settings with good FPS.. i dont understand whats wrong :D

for this card? pcie gen 4.0 is not a big thing.. the gap betwen gen 3.0 and gen 4.0 for this card only 1-2 fps.. but actually alderlake is a big progression in case of cache performance.. you can see that this procie is as good as i5 10400f in games performance.., gen 10 and 11 just a bridge to the next gen... gen 12 is truely the next gen..

Like installing any other processor, the motherboard ensures that the RAM works at the appropriate frequency. In other words, it is not worth buying memories higher than 3200 since it is the maximum that allows you to update the socket in case you upgrade to 11th.
Terribly optimized game. Grass is also performance killer because RAGE engine always had trouble with alpha textures. They could've optimize renderer with RDR 2's code, but they're way too lazy. They only done a little bit of optimization for the PS5 and XSX
The bottleneck between these 2 is a little high especially in csgo good god. 100 fps jumps. The pair still is fine, but for anyone wanting to build on a budget, try to atleast pair the 6600xt with an AMD 5600 (X) or an i5 13600k if you stick w/ intel. These are the ideal pairings for less than 5% bottleneck, if not 0 most of the time. If you already have this pairing tho your fine, if it doesnt effect your play who cares
The true answer is 1080p requires more CPU than GPU and if you update to 1440p it will be lower CPU and full GPU performance and actually perform better

@@7MB he doesn't specify why so lemme explain it to you, lets just talk about i5 10th non k and 11th non k here so im not going into I7s or i9s. The i5 10400 have around the same performance as the i5 11400 maybe even better in some games. But if you disable the power limit of the 11400 it can perform better than the 10400, though if you wanna do this you will need to have a good b560 mobo with a good heatsink on the VRM otherwise the 11400 will thermal throttle so you'll see fps dips here and there. Now lets talk about the advantages of the 11400 over the 10400, firstly the 11400 supports 3200mhz ram whereas the 10400 doesn't (unless you have a super expensive z490 or z590 mobo) and as far as performance goes it does give some jump in fps not much though but it is there. Secondly the 11400 have stronger single core performance and in some games like minecraft with shaders, planetside2, etc it can be really beneficial. Thirdly, the 11th gen supports pcie 4.0 so you'll see fps improvements there as well especially if you have a gpu that really loves pcie 4.0 like the 6500xt (i dont recommend buying that gpu tho). So what you should get really depends on your mobo and ram, if you have a good b560 mobo and 3200mhz ram then you should get the 11400 if you only have a h410 or b460 and 2666mhz then you have to get the 10400 because h410 or b460 doesn't even support 11th gen. Imo i5 11400 is worth it because its not much more expensive and the 3200mhz ram and pcie 4.0 support will probably give enough fps boost to beat the 10400. He's saying the 10400 is better is because in raw test performance done on pcie 3.0 and 2666mhz ram, the 10400 slightly beats or matches the 11400's performance and the 10400 is cheaper. So its up to you which one you wanna get.

That setup will actually perform better in 2k because higher resolution requires less CPU usage and in 4k the i3 performs the same as i7
Nah the I3 in this benchmark was mostly using 50-60% of its power on the other hand the RX 6600 was using 98%

When the gpu reaches 99% you'll get similar performance even with an i9 12900k, you'll only see the difference in cpu demanding games

@@7MB he doesn't specify why so lemme explain it to you, lets just talk about i5 10th non k and 11th non k here so im not going into I7s or i9s. The i5 10400 have around the same performance as the i5 11400 maybe even better in some games. But if you disable the power limit of the 11400 it can perform better than the 10400, though if you wanna do this you will need to have a good b560 mobo with a good heatsink on the VRM otherwise the 11400 will thermal throttle so you'll see fps dips here and there. Now lets talk about the advantages of the 11400 over the 10400, firstly the 11400 supports 3200mhz ram whereas the 10400 doesn't (unless you have a super expensive z490 or z590 mobo) and as far as performance goes it does give some jump in fps not much though but it is there. Secondly the 11400 have stronger single core performance and in some games like minecraft with shaders, planetside2, etc it can be really beneficial. Thirdly, the 11th gen supports pcie 4.0 so you'll see fps improvements there as well especially if you have a gpu that really loves pcie 4.0 like the 6500xt (i dont recommend buying that gpu tho). So what you should get really depends on your mobo and ram, if you have a good b560 mobo and 3200mhz ram then you should get the 11400 if you only have a h410 or b460 and 2666mhz then you have to get the 10400 because h410 or b460 doesn't even support 11th gen. Imo i5 11400 is worth it because its not much more expensive and the 3200mhz ram and pcie 4.0 support will probably give enough fps boost to beat the 10400. He's saying the 10400 is better is because in raw test performance done on pcie 3.0 and 2666mhz ram, the 10400 slightly beats or matches the 11400's performance and the 10400 is cheaper. So its up to you which one you wanna get.
