In the nebuliser, the sample gets converted to a mist and then it finally gets atomised in the atomizer.

Sample is in the centre tube only. Plasma will be created in the middle cylinder. There are three inlets.

Both are different. The principle is same for ICP. You may watch the video on Mass spectroscopy. ICP-MS is the combination of both ICP- MS
