Andre! Welcome brother! Of course I’m in! Really wanted to visit this place after seeing the Battle of the Bulge so dramatically portrayed in BOB. Beautifully put together dude!
Hey man! Big fan of your earlier work in departures. I really can't wait to see more of your content. I used to make videos too but i never had the quality that some youtubers have now, you're really talented tho so Im exited to see what you will make.
Hey New Brooklyn Media! Yes most of this is shot on a drone or 4:3 sensor (x5R on an Osmo). So too much DOF. I normally shoot on Dragon but now Im experimenting with lighter and smaller gear. I do some added shift focus in post. I used to do it all in After Effects to get some realistic tilt shift, but now I just use Davinci Resolve's Tilt Shift filter. Heres the trick, add a grain layer on top of it all so it looks like it was accomplished in camera! Cheers!
Andre Dupuis I love this look, I’m definitely going to try it out. Thanks for responding Andre, you were the reason I became a cinematographer and I now make a living at it.
So peaceful. Can’t wait for more of your videos Andre!
I'm taking notes next time I'm in a forested area and think there's nothing cool to shoot! Awesome work!

Absolutely stunning. How are you getting that tilt shift type focus? I’m assuming in post?
