I was hoping there would be a buff for Meastra. I don’t think she needs a HP buff but a Def Buff would be really nice, however I would just like to have enough buffs for her to survive longer against Na yubin when he’s on the field
Maria at 5 cost is such a good thing. Now as a leader she is 4 cost which is really good. Other than lee jisoo not getting a cost decrease im very excited for maria.
I do think curian need buff albeit not that much, since standard soldier rush team is more consistent right now with rearm rivet. Same as mech awakened getting buff because using rtitan is much more consistent This will bring more diversity to soldier/mech comp
i think this will definitely affect the meta. maybe the buffs to the awakened defenders might finally dethrone the 3 cost defender meta, or at least make their power less broken
The Eva buff for Yoo Mina makes it so she can still have decent survival vs buff strip teams since it's a base stat increase and not an upgrade to her skill passives
Lee jisoo shou have gotten a 1 cost decreass. That would help so much especially i pvp sice rearm chinatus is a thing. Also it would be cool since she is/was a free awakened, and making her the cheapest cost awakened unit.
@@kalm5408yeah but sadly chinastsu is rearm unit not awk unit, I agree that chinatsu is the best healer in the game and can reach awk unit level but she still just a rearm unit so you can’t compare chinatsu to jisoo case besides I prefer bside buff jisoo than decrease her cost

Orca relies on being hit to regen (I know, just hang with me here), but ASY does a better job than the rest of the snipers that aren't Kestrel in taking her out, because she has healing debuff. So, unless you can actually take out the support behind R.Orca asap, the longer she stays, the better she becomes as a tank. Don't have ASY? Not to worry! A. Yuna does the same thing, albeit a lot riskier.
@@Loyal2law yeah ASY's healing reflux is broken. Last week I saw a lot of ASYs (in diamond because I'm bad lol) because Chinatsu was a menace. I was mostly thinking of Kestrel and Curian when I said snipers, because I mostly use them. But I would imagine something like warden would have a much harder time. Thankfully, there are options like Ministra as well, who isn't as broken as ASY with her reflux, but she can at least nullify all healing for a bit
This buff feels weird to me, this seems to make Awakened units more necessary than before for PVP, and maybe future PVE content, and considering the black tickets economy of the game, this might push more people to buy them with money, which I guess is what I expected from the devs
Imo, this is to push people to roll for awakened unit, buy black ticket pack if they are lacking which is one of the way the dev earn money. Why would people roll for A.Jake if a 2 cost rearm kaci bin can do a decent enough job. At the standpoint of the dev is not wierd at all.
Only A.Horizon didn't get anything i believe as she's already pretty strong as she is. Though i am surprised they didn't give her a small buff at least.
I'm worried about what buffing all these counters will do to soldier and mech teams. Damn it. This will make it even harder to puncture through an enemy defence.

I wonder why they didnt buff LYS despite being one of the old awakened, And leejisoo buff is kinda disappointing as what she is is purely a debuffer that just needs to stay alive for as long as she can, so an HP boost is needed badly
@14:37 These buffs to A.Jake are probably the weakest buffs they gave to an awakened. R. Han Sorim and Admin Rifleman exist, and both specialize in melting defenders. A. Jake needed some tweaks to his passive to keep him alive, while solely not relying on CDR to stay alive.

Lee Jisoo still not usable is a sad thing. For hilde, as funny as it sounds, dropping her as a second tank was a strategy that I use before. Not only she gives shield she also charge and just charge slam straight ahead
YAY! In particular happy for my Hilde, Seo Yoon, Ministra and Jake Walker. And i got Curian too, but still barely used. I'm not shocked Horizon and RK gets nothing. The buffs are huge though.. Are they preparing the characters for some new huge content?

Dang they make Jake beast, E1 is super tanky just like Curian holy cow lol some who got a little bit tanky. Hit and evasion is like attack and defense. So the higher your hit the more attack against the evasion. Lol

Personally it takes my rearm harim and lee Yuri with anti ground and anti defender gears a while to shred the awakened defenders... I can only imagine my pain now post patch

E1 and Nequitia are not that bad tho. E1 still strong unless against A.Jake and Maestra just requires heavy gear requirement to use on higher league (relic spd gears) I do hope they'll increase her HP/DEF after these tho 😂 or else she'd be pretty underwhelming compared to those buffed units

@10:20 ASY is, by far, the best counter vs R. Orca. So this boost, is definitely beneficial for her.
I mean, snipers are still better right? But I know what you mean. If the enemy drops ASY in front of your Orca, it's gonna be a bad time for you

Curian got the most massive buff so soldiers will be fine. Mechs had both awaken buffed as well, they have not been forgotten

She has herr niches uses in debuff team with ministra and laura, you just can't heal and attack so slow when they stack together.

maybe they decided to buff old awakened because of the existing rearms, some of them are actually more usefull than an awakened unit

Also alot of 3/4 cost new units in KR like ciel / ozymandias / lambda having the same/more stats than old awakened is insane

Nequitia's gear can be hard to grind for sure. But I climbed to Challenger 1 with her. Not many teams can survive how oppressive she can be.
