Save your time:
1. Open the Secured PDF.
2. Press on Ctrl + P to print.
3. Change the printer to: "PDF" , "Print to PDF" , or "Save as PDF"
The file you save is your new PDF that you are trying to get. Done!

oh man I wish you background music was not so loud and scratchy. I could barely hear what you said. Pluss your steps were too fast for me. What I don't get is why we have to go through such a rig-amaro, and go through Chrome. I don't like Google and Microsoft having so much control. Is there anyway to bypass them?
